The dealership is a challenge to find and get to, that was the hard part. Once there everything went smooth. We ended up ordering a car with Randall Nakamura, who kept us informed through the build. We are now enjoying the X5. We would definitely recommend both Randall and Seattle BMW. read more

We had an excellent experience at BMW Seattle. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. We worked with Randall Nakamura for about a week before coming in to make our purchase. It was well worth the trip from the Peninsula. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and needed and suggested a few different things. He worked with his manager to get us a fair price for our trade and our purchase. He assured us he will continue to assist us with whatever we may need over the years of ownership to come. Randall is an outstanding professional who really cares about his customers. We highly recommend him and BMW Seattle for your car buying needs. read more

I came here to test drive some BMWs and see if there was something I liked, not intending to lease until September, due to me not thinking a good deal could be struck. After getting here I was hooked up with John Leal, a pleasant fellow who seemed happy to show me all the fun and let me test drive whatever I wanted. I don't exactly look like the well-to-do type (I typically dress in very casual clothes) and so I was very pleased to feel respected as a potential customer, despite that. John had a no pressure approach and I never felt intimidated. I let him know up front that there was no guarantee I'd buy today, but that didn't make a difference to him. He showed me around some of the new stock and he pointed me towards a 335xi 6 speed configured in pretty much exactly the way I wanted. I test drove this and a 135i and ended up falling in love with the 335. A few hours of paperwork and negotiating later, I drove home in my brand new leased vehicle. The experience could not have been better and it was certainly a wonderful way to spend a Wednesday morning. read more

KARL ENEMARK is the ultimate professional - energetic, positive, personable and efficient with our time. BMW Seattle had the exact 2015 X5 in the showroom that we were looking for and we purchased it for a fair deal. No games, no nonsense, just great follow up, great customer service and attention to detail. For a great car buying experience I would recommend Karl Enemark and BMW Seattle - Brian MacWhirter read more

I have to drive a lot for my job so not realizing my oil was down to 10% oil life already mid-day on a Wednesday I called BMW Seattle and spoke with Andrew in the service department. He was able to squeeze me in, and made sure all my parts were there once I arrived. It's nice to have solid service, turn over my car to them and get it back in a timely manner with everything good to go so that I can get back to my day. Thanks. read more

I came in to test drive a car. Sales person greeted me and asked if I need any snacks, water, or coffee. I told him the vehicle i was interested in and he took me straight down to the car. He informed me that an expert BMW employee would ride along for my test drive to answer any questions I may have. After the test drive I decided the car was not for me and that I wanted a different model. The sales staff was totally okay with that and asked if their was another model they could offer to show me that they had, or if there was a vehicle they could watch out for and keep me informed if one came in. This was an extremely welcoming environment and I could not have asked for a better experience! Thanks. read more

Love this place! Bought two cars there already . . . will probably buy more.

Save your time, money and effort. In my car hunt the past few months I've been to about 10 different dealerships in the Seattle area, and this one was by far the worst. I spoke to my salesman Michael for a month about a car on the lot, we negotiated price, spoke about features and eventually I agreed to come in to test drive. I told Michael over an hour before I left that I was on my way and to his credit he was busy with another customer and passed me on to someone else. I took an Uber from N Seattle, sat and waited 20-30 minutes for them to tell me the car had an issue with the AWD system and had to be taken to a different dealership to be fixed. I was annoyed, and wasted money ubering down there as I expected to drive the car home. Fast forward about a week and Michael let's me know the car is back. I tell him I'll let him know when I can come in ect. Today I texted Michael at 9am letting him know I was coming in. I text him again at 1pm letting him know I expected to be there at 2pm. As I'm getting off the fwy 5 minutes from the dealership, Michael texts me to say it was sold to someone else. Are you kidding me? I don't know how this place is still in business ESPECIALLY as a luxury brand dealership. I try calling the dealership to see if there is any way to speak to the manager and they let the phone ring for 5 minutes before someone picks up and plays the "I'm one of the managers" role which was just the last straw for me. They made 0 effort to try to reconcile or possibly offer me a deal on a similar vehicle. Nothing. Just a month of wasting my time. If you are an educated car buyer and you're seeking a professional dealership. Avoid this one. It's a bunch of meat-heads in Polo shirts. read more

I did not purchase my car from this dealership but I wish I had. I had a light go off on my 2020 M 240i and when I called the place I purchased the car they gave me an appointment at the end of the month which was not helpful. When I called BMW Seattle they gave me appointment the next day. This is the first time since I purchased my car two months ago that I'm actually happy that I went with BMW. My service advisor Dean was very professional very helpful and even manage to get me a genius appointment so that I could go over some of the technology in the car which my original dealership did a horrible job of. I feel like there is no reason for me to ever go across the bridge for service or to purchase another vehicle. I am finally home at BMW Seattle. Best customer Service ever. read more

Less than a month after purchasing a pre-owned car at BMW Seattle - complete with a warranty from BMW Seattle - the touch screen stopped working, rendering the GPS/phone/radio system useless. Perhaps not their fault, but it was clearly too much to expect for BMW Seattle to make things right. When my husband made an appointment to bring my car in for service, someone the service department told him that I wouldn't be getting a loaner car because they "were out" and that we would have to pay for a rental car ourselves. When I called to ask why they wouldn't arrange a rental, Rebecca in the service department said it because they "were very busy over that weekend and were out of loaners" and that my "car was still operable, so perhaps you could bring it by in two weeks time." Again, this was within ONE MONTH of purchasing the car. I'm not sure how Rebecca expected me to operate the car when it's in their shop for service. Clearly repairing my car - despite purchasing a service agreement - wasn't a priority for them. It was only after four calls to the dealership, having to go over the story multiple times with different people, and finally tracking down John, the head of the sales department (who interrupted me throughout the conversation and made inappropriate, personal comments) that they finally agreed to arrange for a rental car. I cannot warn people enough to stay away from this dealership. read more

I see a lot of praise for Adam Newbold in these reviews on yelp. I too was very impressed with him when I bought my X5 diesel from him almost a year ago, in October, 2010. Great experience, Adam is a salesperson par excellence, not your run of the mill annoying car salesperson. Often, when I am at BMW Seattle, I drop in to the sales division to say hi to him! There are 2 others who I have dealt with more than I have Adam. Luis Cuero is a service advisor, the best out there. He takes time to get to know his customers and goes out of his way to help them. What a great guy, interacting with him makes for a very very good experience. When I go to BMW Seattle, I specifically ask for him at times, since I knw he will take the trouble to provide excellent service. On one of the days that I went there, Luis was not in. I was fortunate to be introduced to the third of my friends there - Tomas Cerovsky, another service advisor, awesome at what he does, someone who takes the trouble to look into his customer's needs, regardless of how busy he might be - just like Luis. In a buyers market, I gotta tell ya - these are the kinda guys who make businesses thrive, and who will therefore rise through the ranks real quick and smooth. I have run into many good people at BMW Seattle however, and want to point out that overall they make a great team of dedicated folks who are a pleasure to deal with! read more

I bought my 2011 335i coupe from BMW Seattle, I would say i got a steal. First they didn't agree to my offer but soon after I decided I was going to take my business somewhere else, I got the price I asked to pay for. I love the fact I can take my car down for as many car washes I want for FREE!!! Thanks! read more

Ok. My mind is officially blown. I had a service appointment at 7 am. Walked in at 7.02 am. Not one but 2 greeters. In a loaner and out the door by 7.10 am and this is because I stopped to pick up a pastry and coffee from the lobby. Otherwise I would have been out the door sooner. My car was ready to be picked up in 2 and a half hours. Serviced, washed and cleaned. I highly recommend this place for servicing your car. read more

I bought a pre-owned certified BMW X3 a few year back and lately had nothing but Quality issues. I've had 3 leaks in the last year, each time it's been something that is un-serviceable, meaning there is nothing they can do to prevent it, so I ended up paying thousands of dollars because of poor engineering quality. Their service dept. is always busy, and doesn't provide the best quality. While the car was under warranty it was okay, as its all covered but now that's it not I'm going to take it elsewhere and get better quality service at a less expensive price. read more

Never have I felt the need to make a Yelp until coming here to be robbed. My complaint is with Tony Watkins (assistant manager) And the mechanics who were involved with my car. Only thing that earned a star here is the dope latte machine in the lobby. Let's start from the beginning, couple months ago I paid $300 for a vehicle quality inspection. Nothing was listed about my ebrake not working, so I bring it back in and Rebecca had them fix the break cable for free since they missed it. After paying $1997 for everything else listed that needed repair on the inspection sheet my clutch goes out not even a month later with my family in the car and we have to get towed off the middle of the road. Take it to bmw and they refuse to refund me for the inspection then tell me they'll fix my car for $2,700 because of what transpired with their faulty inspection opposed to charging me what they would charge someone off the street they tell me it would be $3,600 for a clutch repair and couldn't order the parts until next week. So I call amco transmissions and they say they'll do it for $1995 and can have it back to me by the next day. Now I'm sitting here wonder how much I lost on the overpriced payment of $1997 to bmw service seattle in the first place. read more

I live in Bellevue and after the weird experience at the dealership here, I was starting to wonder if I was going to find the same level of service in this area as I did back home. I decided to give BMW Seattle a shot, it's just a bit further for me,but you know what? TOTALLY WORTH IT! I received the great service that I've grown accustomed to. Waiting area is nicely stocked, wi-di available...oh and staff that's courteous and acknowledges your presence ( BMW Bellevue needs to take notes). Joshua Logan was my service advisor and he was fantastic. He is friendly, courteous and takes the time to listen to all your concerns. He also kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. This place deserves every one of the five stars given. Keep up the great work! read more

Love the new location and facility at their new spot on Airport Way in Seattle. However, the service hasn't improved. Brought my car in for a simple oil change. They told me it would take 1.5 hours for the oil change & courtesy car wash. Any other place would take an hour or less, but I figure the extra half hour isn't too bad since I get a car wash with it. Was greeted upon entering the service area and shortly brought back to a service advisor to get checked in. Sat in the waiting area while the service was being done. Hour & a half goes by and no update on service so I go seek for an update from the receptionists. They call the service advisor who checked me in and he comes to tell me 5 things wrong with my car they discovered during their "complimentary 5-point inspection service." Of course, all the things he pointed out were upwards of $450 each!! I was beginning to wonder if he was making it up to take advantage of the mechanically challenged...not wanting to make any rash decisions in the spur of the moment, I told him to hold off on the "major" items and just do the coolant & brake fluid flush along with the oil change. Kinda of irritated me to know that if I wouldn't have went out of my way to check up on the status of my car, the service advisor wouldn't have called me back to let me know that I had to get other things done that were relevant (i.e. coolant & brake fluid flush). As I wait patiently for my car to get done, another 30 minutes go by. Keep in mind I brought my car in for a 10am appt. It was 12:15pm when I asked for another update on my car. They said it was "in line for the car wash." I figured it would be another 15 minutes. WRONG. I finally got out of the dealer at 1pm, which means I wasted 3 hours sitting at the dealership. To top it off, they forgot to reset my mileage count-down on the on-board computer so I had to go back in there and wait another 10 minutes to get a mechanic to come out and finish the job. I wonder if my experience was an anomally....but I should've known better for going to the dealer...I may be driving "the ultimate driving machine," but the dealership sure didn't deliver ultimate service. read more

I agree the service is awful. I got angry one day, but at the end of the day they called me and problem was solved. They first refused to offer me a loaner car. BMW has less and worse services compared to dealers such as Subaru. I am socked that they offer loaner cars at Subaru dealers without fighting to get one or without waiting more than two weeks. I am impressed that non-luxury automakers offer better service than BMW. it is not only this BMW, it is almost all of them. Just check the Yelp reviews about the BMW dealers in your area, they range from one to three stars if lucky. While Subaru and Toyota dealers usually have four or five stars. What is wrong with BMW service department? read more

First impressions mean a lot to me. So, when I tell you that Zach was a no-pressure, nice guy that under-promised and over-delivered, you can trust that he was that way from our first conversation and beyond. I had done a lot of research and test drove a bunch of cars. Funny enough, the X1 was the first, and the last. Zach made no attempt to sway we one way or the other. He simply said, thanks for giving us a shot. Ultimately, the X1 is the most fun to drive, the most versatile, with the best cargo volume and bang for buck. The dealer and the car, simply, great. read more

Recently purchased my second BMW from BMW Seattle. Both times were with Karl Enemark. The first time, my wife and I ordered a new vehicle with Karl Enemark and our experience was superb. He was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and we never felt any pressure. So naturally for my 2nd purchase, I went back to Karl. I am happy I did. He was able to find the car I was looking for quickly, and within a week I had my "new" car. The 2nd car was a CPO and unfortunately I had a small issue pop up shortly after purchasing. But I notified Karl and, again, he did not disappoint. He was able to get my car in for service the very next day with a loaner. Very happy with my experience which has gone beyond my already high expectations. I will be going back to BMW Seattle and Karl for my future car needs. read more

Had a fantastic experience here and always have even when I haven't bought a car. Between John and Andrew I've had awesome customer service and they did my best and took a lot of time to show me the cars especially comparing the M3, M4, and 235i M Sport! With so many options it was a lot of deciding and Andrew was running all over the place with me looking at cars throughout their building. Financing was quick but explained extremely well and car was show to me by Andrew and was spotless and ready to go. Thanks Andrew Werner for your time and I have to say John Leal is an awesome salesmen as well. Hope to buy another M from them in the future. read more

First, let me make it absolutely clear that I have never actually gotten to the purchasing stage with BMW Seattle, this review comes entirely from the point of a broke college student who merely dreams of driving a Beemer and focuses solely on my customer service experience so far. Two friends and I were having a girl's day out and we decided that we each wanted to test drive a fancy car. I'm the only BMW fan in my group, so after stops at other dealerships, we ended up at BMW Seattle. We showed up on a slowish Sunday afternoon in a 10 year old beaten up Subaru station wagon and the salespeople were instantly friendly, which is not something I've regularly seen when showing up in an older, less-expensive car. We walked in and I asked if I could test drive a 135 convertible. They didn't have any already out, so they said they would pull one from the showroom floor. I protested and said that I was just testing one for fun, I couldn't buy one in the immediate future. They said that it was okay and proceeded to move several cars so that I could try that 135. (First major point in their favor.) It was a sunny day, so the salesman showed me how to put the top down and helped my friends into the car. (Chivalry at a car dealership? That's a welcome surprise!) The salesman had to sit in the front with me per the test driving rules, but he made sure to scoot as far forward as possible so my two friends in the backseat had plenty of room. (Point two.) We hadn't even pulled away from the dealership but my friends and I were already laughing and giggling. We asked the salesman if he would mind taking a few pictures for us and he did so without hesitation, capturing quite a few great pictures for us. (A salesman who can join in on the silly fun and not make us feel bad for acting stupid? Major point three.) He then directed us onto I-90 and over to Mercer Island, telling me where I could go the fastest without a high likelihood of getting busted by cops. (Point four. Nothing ruins a good test drive like the fuzz and nothing saves a test drive like a salesman who knows how to avoid said fuzz.) The salesman, of course, made a standard pitch and said that even if I didn't think I could afford it, there were financing options. However he wasn't remotely pushy when he said it and he didn't harp on it, which kept it from being annoying. (Major, major point five. I hate feeling pushed.) When we got back to the dealership he gave me his card and said if I ever did buy a BMW to come see him. No pushing, no "let's go talk numbers." I'm not giving BMW a full five-star rating because I've never gotten past the test drive stage and so I wouldn't feel comfortable giving them 100% overall, but I will say that what experience I have had with them has been overwhelmingly positive and if the actual process of purchasing a BMW is anything like my experience test driving, I'll be going to BMW Seattle. read more

You can tell if your CA is all talk after you purchased your car. This is an update specifically for Karl my client advisor here at BMW Seattle and not for Knight. After getting my new car for about a month ago. all the service provided by my CA is basically over. I have a question regarding my new car and I have tried contacting him many times but with no success. This is just to note that not all CA are created equal. some just do not care other than making sales. I just wish that they would spent some thought on the customer rather than just focusing on their bottom line. If you want the best professional and honest service contact Knight. I doubt I would buy a car from any other CA here. read more

Love my BMW but ever try to make a service appointment with this dealer? Seems like most of the negative comments recorded here are regarding service. I needed an oil change before heading out on a 1,000mi+ trip. They could do it for me - in 10 days! Service could be vastly improved considering what they charge for those services. Though more convenient to me, I will not use them for service again. read more

Wow! After visiting BMW of Seattle for some repairs on my BMW I am extremely impressed. Recently found myself in the regrettable position of cross shopping and negotiating for a new car that was fairly popular and the inventory for the particular model was limited. Talked to several dealers in Washington and Oregon and ended up putting a deposit on a car that had been allocated to BMW Seattle, but I backed out because another dealer came up with a car that had all the options l wanted. i'm writing this review because the sales experience I had at BMW Seattle was easily the most pleasant I've had in all my years of new car shopping. My sales associate (Martin Blanchard) was friendly, easygoing, and more knowledgable about the product than any car salesman I've ever dealt with. I had done my usual (compulsive) share of research, but Marty knew things about the model that the internet didn't even know yet! I regret that I wasn't able to buy my car from BMW Seattle but my experience there was exceptional and really reflected well on the BMW brand in general. I look forward to doing business with them in the future! read more

I bought a 2013 328xi from BMW Seattle this summer. The most impressive experience is the people here. Maybe I am lucky enough, Knight Chang, the sales rep I met is really a nice person and he is so helpful and knowledgable with cars. I remember I was swinging back and forth on certain adds-on that day, he was patient and just like friend with professional recommandations and finally helped me make the right decision. No doubt I would recommend Knight's service to everyone I know who has the interest to buy a BMW, including myself. read more

I would like to strongly recommend BMW Seattle dealership. Mostly because of their general sales manager London Agrawal who goes thousand of extra miles to make their current or future clients happy. London personally spent 2 months helping me to clean up my Carfax report on my old BMW. Carfax mistakenly set a "total loss" flag on my pre-own certified car. London was able to find all information about this car, investigated what happened with it with Autogroup and proved that it was an operator mistake who set a "total loss" disposition instead of "damage". By that London saved me about 13,000 dollars on my old car, offered me a good deal on leasing a brand new X5. I can say that London is the most approachable, helpful, carrying general manager I ever worked with. When I had a little local incident of the parking lot and came in stress to the dealership he personally took me to all service crew members to see how big the damage is. How often you get treated with such attention? In addition, I would like to highlight a dignity of the BMW Seattle client advisor Mark Harrington. When I came in 2013 to lease X6, he recommended me to check out a brand new X5. He explained that X6 is way more expensive with old technologies. And X5 just released with a lot of packages and features that I became addicted to :) Mark could easily sell me an old car for higher price but instead he sold me a car that I loved and for way better price. I loved BMW Seattle way more than I loved the one in Bellevue mostly because they did all they could to help me with my old car and because they were honestly offering the best option for me.  I was coming to service my car to Seattle for 3 years though I am living in Bellevue. In addition, many thanks to the most patience service manager Derek Logan who addressed my all requests, questions and concerns! A good acquaintance was a customer of BMW Seattle for 15 years and he recommended me London and Mark. Now I spent 3 years with them. Maybe you also can have a long lasting relationship with this wonderful dealership? : ) read more

Highly recommended for shoppers looking for high quality pre-owned BMWs. Bought a 3 series (first BMW) and had one of the best used car purchase experiences. Pros: * Spacious, upscale showroom, waiting area has complementary coffee, a mini fridge of bottled water and sodas, big screen TV, children's play area. * High quality pre-owned BMW cars. Dealership only sells the best condition cars traded in, the rejects get auctioned and end up at the smaller used car dealerships. My car exterior had a few minor dents, but I was amazed at the pristine condition of the interior. Leather seats looked brand new even though car was 7 years old. * Maintenance up to date. My car had all recalls completed, navigation even came with updated maps. * Peace of mind against problems. Pre-owned cars come standard with a 60 day or 3,000 mile warranty, so no need to worry about dealer covering up problems major mechanical or electrical problems (applicable for cars with less than 80k miles). * Have access to dealership service history records, so I knew what past service was performed. * Worked with Shad, who was friendly and knowledgeable (8 years experience at the dealership). * No high pressure sales tactics, Shad worked with me on negotiating and reaching a fair price. * Blake in finance was friendly, easy to work with, even though I didn't get a loan or buy an extra packages. I liked how he did not aggressively try to upsell me on extended warranty packages. Cons: * Premium pricing, but you worth it for me as you get what you pay for. read more

I had a great experience with BMW of Seattle. I would highly recommend this dealership for new car purchases. Andy was personable, no-pressure, creative and always responsive. He also worked to get a good deal for me, which I really appreciated. Just completed a purchase of an X5 from this dealer and I had an exceptional experience. My client advisor, Karl Enemark, guided me through the process and was a true professional. I had a rather complex transaction involving using an outside bank and trading in a vehicle. Karl stayed on top of it all and never broke his word on any pricing or terms (which is so rare when your buying a car). We negotiated a fair deal and there was never any pressure sales tactics which I found refreshing. I also had a great experience with the finance manager, Rachel O'Sullivan, who walked me the through the pricing and offered after market service and warranty options. Again blown away no pressure tactics just a straight forward discussion on things I should take into consideration with ownership. I spent a total of 3 phone calls, a couple of emails and maybe 3 hours at the dealership and I had a new car. Considering that they only had 2 X5 SUSs left to sell in inventory I was so surprised that they worked so hard to get my business. If you ever want to purchase a BMW this is the team you should insist on working with at BMW Seattle! read more

We we're looking for certified X5 and looked at inventory of multiple dealers in the area. Due to work and newborn in the house, it was getting hectic to personally meet the sales/dealer so we did most of the conversation/negotiation over phone and email.
