At that point you do something I have a problem with, you waste the one thing none of us can afford to waste, you waste time. In this case you waste my time and that, especially when you do it repeatedly, I find annoying and unprofessional. If you can't do a job, say that, I am happy to give business to others. I reached out by email Sep 18, sent pictures of the errors, and requested a partial refund. They declined to provide any refund and provided no apology or recognition of their errors. They did state that I should have called back within 5 days so they could have come back to check, but I replied in 6 days. Nowhere on their website, quote, or invoice was this 5-day policy mentioned. I would not recommend them. It took me 2 additional hours to correct the problems myself.
