This particular girl was enormously happy to find two beautiful dresses that one does not often see in Northern California boutiques. While others purchased jeans and accessories, she picked out two very statement-like dresses, one can be worn to work in a creative environment, one can be worn to a symphony or a gala. Upgrading this particular's girl's image, she ponders occasions in which she could wear the striped dress, made in Canada, certainly one of a kind, and certainly should not be wasted on any date, it has to be a special occasion kind of setting. Thinking hard and finding no such occasions in the foreseeable future, she flew back this evening from San Diego, and promptly looked at what is the next available weekend to head to New York, it's been two seasons, and if you need to be spoiled rotten, you need to buy yourself a dress or two here, and then plan your next destination occasion so that you could wear them out and spoil yourself some more. After all, one great thing about hitting the middle ages is that you kind of developed your own sense of style and know where and when to spoil yourself rotten. I spent an hour trying on half the store (ha) and the ladies inside are so fun and friendly that it was a joy to shop. They have some very on-trend styles and some cute items and it's loaded with hundreds of items all styled by color (which I LOVE). In the end, I found two beautiful sun dresses as well as two amazing sale items (BOGO) and ended up getting a new dress for $5! They do have a rewards program with sales and specials if you're local, but I don't visit often enough for it to be worth it for me. Great location for shopping and walking and lunching right on the main Orange Ave with free 2-hour parking on the street right in front.
