Kristina made a cake for my son's first birthday, themed Mr. Onederful. I asked her to make something with a moustache and suspenders and she came back with this absolutely amazing creation. It was beautiful, exactly what I wanted, and absolutely delicious (I would recommend the red velvet!) She was even kind enough to accommodate me on short notice. I would definitely order from her again and recommend her to anyone looking to order a custom cake for any special occasion. Thank you Kristina!

Kristina does an excellent job of providing delicious treats that are thoughtfully crafted. I've trusted her to do two cakes so far off of a generic theme (One being a beer brand and the other interests of the birthday boy) and they turned out fab. I had several people asking where I ordered the cake from. Her cakes are affordable and she's pleasant and easy to work with. I also recommend trying her liquor filled strawberries - they're awesome!

Kristina absolutley blew us away with this incredible fortnite themed bday cake! My nephew was completely stoked and excited. The details were so perfect and beautifully done. And the cake itself was soo delicious! Along with this perfect cake, Kristina was amazing to work with, very patient and able to take a few of my inspiration images and ideas and make a cohesive work of art. I ordered chocolate covered strawberries and Rice Krispy treats. They were both delicious! Kristina came through for me with less than a week's notice. She's a hero! I had the option to get them on a cardboard tray or in a box. I chose to have a smaller portion put in a box so that the guest of honor had a few left to take home after the party and the rest on a tray. I would recommend having these treats boxed because they would make a nice Hostess or Thank You gift. read more

This is one of the reviews you almost don't write because you don't want everyone figuring out how great a place you love is! I have ordered custom birthday cakes for my two daughters for the last five years from Blushing Berries. Kristina is a great baker and an unbelievable artist! I send her a picture of the cake my girls would like and she replicates them spot on every time! It is truly remarkable! And the cakes taste just as great as they look! Kristina is also a pleasure to deal with. She is very responsive and always has the cake ready as promised. I can't say enough great things about Blushing Berries! Blushing Berries cakes by Kristina are simply amazing. The cake I ordered literally looked like the picture I sent. It was a stunning centerpiece for our little girls first birthday. Not only did is look amazing but tasted delicious as well. Everyone kept complimenting how wonderful the cake was. Kristina also was great to work with. After many searches to find a cake that didn't break our budget, it was clear Kristina was worth every penny. read more

Kristina made a wonderful cake. You know how sometimes you get a cake and it's beautiful on the outside and so-so on the inside? That's what I was worried about when I ordered the cake. It was for my daughter's 5th birthday party and she wanted the cake to be strawberry. We also got two dozen cake pops in chocolate and vanilla. All I had to do is send Kristina over a picture of what I wanted and she replicated it in a snap. The cake (and the pops) were absolutely gorgeous. Everyone was talking about it. When we cut into it.....yum!!! The cake was big. We only got a 1-tier cake, but it was BIG. I was shocked to see how much of that cake disappeared. I will definitely use her again. It looked like 1 scoop of custard to 2 pieces of brownie. I would have preferred 2 scoops of custard to 1 piece of brownie. Also their brownie was a little dry. It tasted dense like the grocery store brownie bites. I prefer my brownies moist and either soft or gooey with a crispy crust. Also their peanuts tasted a little stale. There is not much parking in front of the ice cream store and all the seating is outdoors with no umbrella if it rains. There was a line but they had the cashier and another staff come out with a POS to take our order. Very efficient and line moves quickly. Kudos. I would come back for their half baked custard flavor again.

Blushing Berry Cakes absolutely exceeded every expectation with the stunning cake they created for Alexis' celebration! From the moment it was unveiled, it was the talk of the party. I'll admit, I gave Kristina very vague instructions, but she ran with it and used her creativity, attention to detail, and serious talent to deliver a masterpiece. The design was elegant, sharp, and personalized in a way that made it feel so special. You could tell just how much pride she takes in her work. Kristina was incredibly professional and patient throughout the process, and it was clear that she cared deeply about both the process and the final product. So good I couldn't have just one:) I herd about blushing berries from a friend in mannassas, who had just ordered a bunch earlier that day for Valentine's Day. They were so beautiful, I had to order a couple dozen myself. She made them to order and I picked them up in about an hour. I couldn't believe how quick my order was ready.
