I called and made an appointment to get it fixed. The woman rushed through the service. Did not let the gel fully cure between coats and did not even bother to shape my nail like the rest of the hand. I didn't even bother to mention it to her considering she did not care and had another client booked on top of my time I scheduled.

An hour and a half was spent on shaping my nails alone. My manicurist was throughout my service talking on the phone with multiple different people, laughing and chatting with her fellow coworker that was seated next to her not working, and operating very slowly. At one point she was on the phone with the police and asked me to translate the conversation she had. Very unprofessional. I partially attribute the slow working to the attention to detail on my nails and shaping, but often it felt she was just taking her time. I left the salon with cuts all over my nails and hands, as well as gel polish cured to my fingertips. My hands are still in pain days later. The facility itself is dirty, with the desks for nails being dusty and clearly unclean. My nails turned out okay, my manicurist did not ask for my input in the style of nails. When I suggested that the design I requested be altered several times, she just decided to paint them however she thought looked best. Also, this place charges for different nail shapes? Not something I have heard of or experienced prior.

If you rebook with them they won't charge for removal at your next appointment. This was definitely on more of the pricier side, but I thought my nail tech did an excellent job and I'm really happy with how my nails turned out. I went today on my birthday for the first time since it had been bought and I'm so impressed. The time, care, and heart that went into my pedicure and manicure was wonderful. The new owner told me how important it is to her to do a good job and have a clean and nice facility and I was glad to hear and see that. She honored my old punch card and added to it. Also these prices are amazing!!! $30 for shellac manicure and $33 for a spa pedicure (scrub, paraffin, and polish!!!). I got a complimentary water bottle too. Making an appointment is a good idea because there are multiple technicians, but it's not a huge staff. I was able to get in same day when I wanted though. Give them a try and you'll be back! I'm thrilled with the job the two women did and will be returning. Thank you!!
