Due to the service we received and the less-than-impressive results, I would not recommend this salon to someone looking to get their nails done in Sun Prairie. When I arrived, they seemed to have over-booked themselves, as they didn't seat us for over 30 minutes. During the pedicure, I asked for a French tip design, which ended up being a pink polish that dried bumpy with a shaky white line along the top. The water was initially lukewarm, and we were left sitting with it for another 30 minutes. As I mentioned, I initially booked 2 classic manicures (not gel). We were both convinced into switching to gel polish instead after we asked for designs, as the techs said that the designs would turn out better with gel. I asked for a small design (stars on two nails), and the designs ended up smudged and looked sloppy, which the tech refused to correct when I asked. After the tech was done with my friend's design and the polish was curing under the lamp, she experienced pain due to the heat and quickly withdrew her hands. The tech was rude when this happened and seemed frustrated and impolite despite her expressing pain. We both ended up with polish all over our hands, which the techs did not remove or acknowledge. Although the people behind the front desk, who I believe were the owners or managers, were very polite and thanked us for being patient, the techs seemed rushed, were rude, and were upset when asked to make corrections. The nails look OK from a distance, but as the person wearing them, the quality is underwhelming. If the mani/pedis had been higher quality, I would have been willing to look past the issues. However, with the subpar service, long wait, and disappointing quality of the treatment itself, it was simply not worth the $200 I spent.

So I was hesitant to come back, but my friend recommended it and she's a regular so I tried again. This time, I had Le, who is fantastic. Friendly, efficient, and just really good with her work. The photos attached are dip nails without extensions and she did a phenomenal job painting, cleaning, and polishing my natural nails. I loved them. It was a completely different experience. Efficiently fast with a great product, so I will def be back to see Le. Happy spa nails!

I went today on my birthday for the first time since it had been bought and I'm so impressed. The time, care, and heart that went into my pedicure and manicure was wonderful. The new owner told me how important it is to her to do a good job and have a clean and nice facility and I was glad to hear and see that. She honored my old punch card and added to it. Also these prices are amazing!!! $30 for shellac manicure and $33 for a spa pedicure (scrub, paraffin, and polish!!!). I got a complimentary water bottle too. Making an appointment is a good idea because there are multiple technicians, but it's not a huge staff. I was able to get in same day when I wanted though. Give them a try and you'll be back! What I really love about this place is that there is ZERO pressure to up-scale your pedicure. Instead of notifying me earlier--even though they had known all day--they waited until I showed up and then told me I'd "just have to wait around" until someone became available. I understand emergencies happen, but failing to communicate with scheduled clients and expecting them to wait indefinitely shows a lack of respect for customers' time. After a year of dealing with chronic delays, this experience convinced me not to return.
