It was technically the most I've ever spent on getting my eyebrows threaded, but her service and speed was worth it. I liked that she didn't go over my eyebrows so many times; she said it helps with keeping them from getting AS irritated. I look forward to seeing if I still get those bumps. Then I had a bunch of questions that never got answered in a 3 hour time span .. I had already paid a deposit down... at this point it was past 3pm and I had heard nothing back! I called and called and left voicemails.. no one called back. Silence! Then when she called to tell me, they moved back in January, she didn't realize I had answered the phone and was talking behind my back to the other employees. This place is unprofessional , rude , and in my opinion.. TRASH. The way you speak to a brand new client & the unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
