Then I had a bunch of questions that never got answered in a 3 hour time span .. I had already paid a deposit down... at this point it was past 3pm and I had heard nothing back! I called and called and left voicemails.. no one called back. Silence! Then when she called to tell me, they moved back in January, she didn't realize I had answered the phone and was talking behind my back to the other employees. This place is unprofessional , rude , and in my opinion.. TRASH. The way you speak to a brand new client & the unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

After a quick Yelp search, I found Rehana Beauty Bar and realized it was in the San Tan Village mall. I love visiting the mall but wasn't sure exactly where it was. Of course my GPS just dropped me off in the middle of the mall, so you want to look for the Honeybee Boba tea place and it's right next to Fast Fix Jewelry. Luckily, Rehana herself picks up the phone and she directed me on where exactly to go. Parking is readily available at the mall. It's $18 only to get your eyebrows threaded and I was in and out with no appointment in less than 10 minutes. It's quick, easy, she listened to what I wanted and did it in a heartbeat. She has another location in Mesa and she's opening a new one in Queen Creek. This location has been around for four years. She also sells jewelry and clothes. You get a punchcard that you can use towards the discounted service. She is super sweet and was so nice to my kids who joined me for the occasion!
