I grew out my hair for a new hairstyle, told her what I wanted, and she cut it shorter than it's ever been in my life. Then when I asked about styling.... she tersely said blow dry and add product. I asked about this styling and brushes needed.... she was short with me and acted like she didn't have the time of day. Product? no suggestions, no advice for this new hairstyle. I'm still in shock. NEVER met a hairstylist so annoyed and unenthusiastic to deliver a fresh style. I stayed bubbly but It was all I could do to put on a happy face and walk out the door ... and then cried all the way home. And I'm not a crying person! The salon was clean and the other stylists seemed friendly. NOT Katee.

Every time I call for an appointment, they have no openings. They are only open in the evenings on Tuesday and Thursday and closed on Monday and Saturday.
