Very disappointed. Spend $57 on a rushed job. The nails are all different shapes and sizes. Polish all on the bottom and sides fingers. Never touched my cuticles. They are crooked. Different heights. So frustrated. read more

My sister and I were killing time time while our dad was having surgery. We decided that a spa day would help relax the stress of the situation. I called Fresh Nails and the man who answered seemed annoyed that I would inquire about openings for 2 manicures and pedicures. He deep sighed multiple times while checking the schedule. He said they had an opening and we took it. We arrived a few minutes before our appointment and were surprised at the amount of nail polish colors we could select from! Very cool. We didn't have to wait long for our appointment. My tech was very kind, and courteous. However she did nick me several times. On my toes I was bleeding, and later at my manicure she cut my finger quite badly. The tech that worked on my sister also nicked her a few times. He seemed annoyed, and we think he may have been the same person that answered the phone. The thing that is most bothersome is that they did not apologize for making us bleed, and they still charged us full price for their services. I still have a Band-Aid on my finger today because it started bleeding again. I do like my colors that I chose and the massage chair and pedicure massage was really nice, but making your customers bleed is not cool. read more

What I love, in addition to the good quality work: 1) huge selection of polish colors (I get gels) 2) they hire local high school girls for reception so there is no communication/language barrier 3) free drinks (soda or water) I've only gotten gel manicures here so far, but the pedicure stations look great and I'll certainly check them out come summer! My gels have always looked great and lasted as long as to be expected. I just moved to the area and this is now my go-to nail salon after trying out a few others in the area. read more

We usually love this place. Their hot stone pedicures are amazing. Unfortunately on our recent visit there was a fairly substantial difference in the length of services between my mother and I, like 30 plus min. Our perception was a difference in massage time and all the things that make their offering awesome. When we tried to provide feedback the manager argued that it was a new slower technician and that if longer massage or wax was wanted we should've spoke up. They then proceeded to check the security camera, where the time stamp was an hour off saying the service ended at 1 when it ended at noon. Finally the lady with the camera told us we could just try somewhere else. Which is really sad cause we liked this place. read more

The salon is set up nice and it's very clean, however, I would NEVER recommend the older man who works there. He rushes through the entire process and leaves them looking awful. If you ask him to do something differently, he says how he has 20 years of experience and knows better. After going to other nail salons in larger cities, I've realized the quality done here is horrendous. If you want anything other than a simple polish, I wouldn't waste your money. The acrylic is always globbed on and the fake nail never fits your real nail properly, so upon growing out it looks crooked or there's a curve on the side to show the unevenness. In addition to all of this, when requesting to get the horrible nails taken off, they quite literally take another fake nail and push it under the acrylic to pop it off. They never soak the In all of my bad experiences I've had the older man working with me. I have however had friends experience similar things with the other workers as well, and everyone is always told by other salons that the work done here isn't good. I do however love the pedicures, the massage is great and they can't screw up painting a simple toenail (unless of course it's the man who rushes through everything). read more

The last time I came here I was bounced between 3 different people to get powder applied to my nails. The 2nd person totally screwed up the application. The 3rd persons logic to correcting it was applying gel on top of a similar color. Being moved several times during my service was not only rude but disheartening. It was as if no one wanted to do my nails. The service took double the time between waiting between people and then the horrible correction. By the time I was done I had several cuts on my cuticles from the 3rd person trying to fix the hot mess. Will never go back here again. read more

Very disappointed. Went here on a recommendation from a friend. Be prepared for a huge language barrier. I and several of the bridal party went here to get nails done before the wedding. Three of us got acrylics. I asked for mine to be rounded, of a shortish length and dark silver glitter. What I got was long, squared and black glitter, despite my repeated efforts to communicate that I wanted something different. Another of the party wanted flowers on hers, but they put them on only one finger on each hand. The other two got what they wanted (first star) and the staff were great about squeezing 3 of us in for pedis that weren't part of the appt (2nd star). Don't think I'll be going back. read more

I have had my nails done here on several occasions and their work is pretty good. However, the customer service is so seriously lacking that I have no choice but to go elsewhere. I've tried on three separate occasions to have my gel polish removed in the last three months. They do not take appointments for this service and are always "too busy" to get you in if you stop by, regardless of the day or time. However, if you need a removal and a new manicure, they can always fit you in. Once in awhile, I like to take a week or two off the gel polish to let my nails breathe. Every time I've tried to get my polish removed, I've been turned away, even after calling and being told to come in at a certain time that will assure me to get in...only to show up at that time and be turned away. No one is apologetic or even slightly sorry for my inconvenience. Really? Not cool at all. It's a business, whatever happened to a little customer service?? There are two or maybe three high school and/or college aged girls working at the reception desk who are more interested in chatting with their friends or staring at their phones. I would recommend looking elsewhere for nail service. Not sure where that will be yet for me, but I'm looking!!!! read more
