They really take the time to make sure you get what you want out of your hair. I have very thick and very curly hair and it is very hard to find anyone who knows how to work with it, I would put off getting a haircut as long as I possibly could because it was never a pleasant experience for me, I'd often leave in tears. I grew out my hair for a new hairstyle, told her what I wanted, and she cut it shorter than it's ever been in my life. Then when I asked about styling.... she tersely said blow dry and add product. I asked about this styling and brushes needed.... she was short with me and acted like she didn't have the time of day. Product? no suggestions, no advice for this new hairstyle. I'm still in shock. Every time I call for an appointment, they have no openings. They are only open in the evenings on Tuesday and Thursday and closed on Monday and Saturday.
