I checked to see if there was any label not to put it in the dish washer but there was none so I put it on the top rack of my dish machine. After, I found the wine glass broken into pieces. I had to carefully remove every piece I could find. I messaged the owners right away and told them that they didn't have a label that it wasn't dishwasher safe and asked for a replacement and they said "for the future any glassware you purchase anywhere that has writing wouldn't be dishwasher safe" and said no. I said I wouldn't know that because I have glassware with writing on it that are dishwasher safe. They didn't respond and refused to help. I won't be back here.

She was talented with color matching; she helped me pick a concealer and introduced me to the Kulfi line of lips stains. However, the dressing rooms are old, outdated, run down and dirty. The staff was kind at checkout, but they're not helpful when it comes to the opportunity for additional savings. They're so focused on selling you on their credit card for savings and if you don't have additional coupons you're bound to pay too much- even if there's an automatic sale on items. For example- we just spent almost $300 on items on Saturday and I went on the website because I really liked a pair of jeans to find that I paid almost double what they're currently going for online. I already took the tags off the jeans, but now I'm planning on looking at my other items and potentially reordering online (with free shipping) and returning the ones I bought in person. Why they don't just have the same deals in person? Who knows? I definitely would have purchased more if they had the same prices as they do online and it would have saved them the shipping box. This practice makes me distrust the shopping process, the brand and is a signal to me that I should try on in person and immediately purchase anything I like online instead because it's bound to be cheaper.

Going back and forth with a grieving family was slow-going, but Ana was patient and communicative, even with the tight turnaround. She was clear and upfront about what we should expect, and the price for her work was very reasonable. And the finished product was lovelier than I could have imagined. I really enjoy the creativity behind this cafe and how it fosters community and gives people a space to show their talents with Open Mic nights and even artwork on the walls. There is an oversaturation of cafes opening left and right, but very few are ones I would consider an actual cafe that makes you feel welcomed, and where you could sit for hours; Fig Tree does just that. Some of the crispest latte art I have seen, plus plenty of spots to charge devices. Highly recommend if you are in the area!
