She was very patient in helping her select a lip color, eyeliner, and eyeshadow. She was talented with color matching; she helped me pick a concealer and introduced me to the Kulfi line of lips stains. Meaghan helped scan my mother in law's skin for helping her finding a suitable foundation. The color match and compatibility with her skin texture was excellent. The aestheticians Melissa and Cassar are great and the place is very clean. They offer facials, microdermabrasion, face and body waxing too. The nice thing is that the aestheticians are there till 9 pm sometimes so you can get a facial or a wax after work. They also do Brazilian waxing. This shop is gorgeous and carries: La mer, skii, Dermalogica, GM Collin (extremely hard to find), REN, Bobbi brown, Laura Mercier, RMS beauty (all organic), Avene, M-61, Lune and aster, bumble and bumble and many other lines! It's like a make up and skincare heaven! You can call for an appointment or just walk in. The staff is lovely and they give lollipops to the kids. There was something specific that I wanted and it showed online that they had it in stock at this store. This store is about 40 minutes from our house, so I wanted to call them first and confirm before we made the drive over. I also had a Sephora return and I wanted to confirm that I could do a return there even though I bought the item at Folsom Sephora. I called their phone number for about 4 hours, about 10 different times. Each time, the electronic voice operator greeted me, gave me options for which department (Sephora), transferred me once I made my choice, and it rang and rang and rang. EACH TIME. They never answered the phone and I was not able to crack the code to get a human being. It gave me the option to press 4 for a Sephora representative. NEVER answered the phone. I kept thinking - they must be super busy!!! So, unfortunately, we drove over there wasting gas and time.... Come to find that they DID NOT in fact have the item in stock as shown on their website. The employees could not care less. They were kind of snappy with me. "I guess there is an inaccuracy on our website" they said about the item I wanted. Also, I learned that you cannot return items there unless they were bought at another Kohls/Sephora combo. (lesson learned) There were 4-5 Sephora employees and zero customers. I thought it was odd that they never answered the phone. The employees told me that right now the Sephora there doesn't have a phone. So I'm thinking why does the phone system keep saying I'm being transferred? I talked to the store manager on my way out and he says "Yeah, we got a new phone system and none of the phones work now." That's it.....their phones don't work AT ALL. This is such horrible customer service that I can't almost believe it. There is nothing that tells the customer that you will never have your call answered. And their in stock system doesn't work either. I will not return to this store. I am a huge Sephora fan in general and I hope they will take my comments to heart.

I also needed to find the right shade of concealer/foundation. Shaei helped me and gave me a sample to try. She recommended some other products, too. I'll definitely be back. A fellow employee the next station over stopped and helped her halfway through the cut but in the end when I ask her to fix the length on top, she stated multiple times that she cut the top already. She did check the front top of my style but cut about 1/8" off as if it was fine. I have never styled my hair like Logan in the movie Wolverine. That's what the cut looked like after I rinsed and styled it. I called another great clips location to see if they will fix it because I don't want to go back to this location again. They did say to come in and they will take care of it. All in all it's my time and money that has been altered by this experience.

It is so hard to find boutiques that carry plus sized clothes that are of good quality, so I am happy here. Leera boutique has the plus sized items in the back racks, ask and they will direct you.
