I really don't care if you "love this brand" if you can't tell me why. The store itself is not well stocked. It is often dirty with makeup smeared all over the advertisements and the bathrooms are never clean or well stocked. They usually smell putrid and that is after visiting this location maybe six times in the past five months. I will drive farther east to nicer locations from now on. (Also please do not even bother with the location on Fulton ave. It is all of the above all over but with a worse shopping center.)

The entire group of ladies there were so nice and helpful, and very family friendly I might ad. My friend came with me to get hers done as well, and with a toddler in tow, you can sometimes expect things to go wrong somewhere. Everything was clean, and beautiful, super easy to make an appointment. (Which I recommend, or else you could be waiting a while.) And for only $20 you get a brow wax, which includes some concealer after and they fill in your brows as well. Which I loved! I know no one who likes walking around after their wax looking like they got slapped across the forehead. We both agreed, 2 thumbs way way up for this place. We already booked our next appointments. My husband went to the pharmacy to grab allergy medicine and I got sidetracked by the candy aisle. I ended up getting a variety of different gummy candies including skittles gummies and sweet tart gummies. We also picked up a couple drinks. Feel free to reach out for an in depth review. Regret coming here. It was an obvious red flag when the esthetician wasn't able to answer most of my questions, specifically basic post procedure questions. Also refused to answer some questions twice, as though asking a question more than once was deemed unacceptable and non-billable. Said they only used "natural" products, and DO NOT use hydrogen peroxide, claiming "hydrogen peroxide isn't natural," but that is in fact the product they used. Lots of conflicting and contradictory information was provided. The esthetician seemed rushed and impatient. Applied the product so quickly and inadequately with her hair flopping around my mouth. Did not have good results. In fact, resulted in severe chemical damage due to lack of adequate gum protection applied. The before and after photos confirm chemical damage and gum recession. Save your teeth. DO NOT COME HERE. It's a business that's purely focused on making money. Their clinical practice questions their moral character.
