We found some fantastic scents! Perfumania has an impressive variety of perfumes for the ladies and colognes for the men. I picked up a bottle of Gucci Guilty, while my sweetheart found a few fragrances with names I can't even pronounce! I took the liberty of uploading a few photos in case anyone wants to check them out. The fragrances were excellent, but what really stood out was the customer service. I'd like to give a special thank you to Rose. She greeted us with a warm welcome, was incredibly knowledgeable about the products, and made the entire shopping experience enjoyable. Outstanding customer service like hers deserves to be recognized. As an added bonus for my fellow wheelchair users, the transaction counters are accessible. Rose even placed the point-of-sale machine on a lowered counter, making checkout much easier for me. That level of thoughtfulness and customer care is always appreciated. You can get sample vials for $6-10, which you can often get back if you buy the full bottle. We loved Circue de Soleil, which smelled of buttery popcorn, cotton candy, and caramel apples, and Mango Sticky Rice, which smelled of mango, rice, and sticky. I told them the notes I was looking for, and they brought out a mini line up of 6-8 fragrances for me to smell on my own. I appreciate this approach as you feel like you can smell on your own time. On my second visit, a staff member approached me and asked if i needed any assistance. I was ready to purchase some samples and asked her to look for 3. I waited in the corner of the store for several minutes, seeing her look in the sample stock for a bit, but then she came back into the main room without approaching me. I let her do her thing for a few more minutes but it appeared that she was helping other customers by then, so I asked if she had found everything. Only then did she tell me they were out of one of my 3 samples. I eventually replaced the 3rd sample with something else, but I didn't like the customer service during this visit.

Giving the testers a try gives me a chance to figure out if I'm going to have a bad reaction. For me, this makes the physical store significantly more attractive. Customer Service was very cheerful. I was greeted at the door and one of the staff members although busy stopped to ask if I needed help. I just went into browse and had a great time looking for new products. I didn't really buy anything partially because I was in a bit of a hurry to get to my next errand and didn't really have time to try too many testers. She gave me duplicates of the blush (Although she showed me 2 different ones that she said was perfect for me), she said that a soft black eyebrow pencil was good for me although I'm a brownsjin female with dark brown hair (Which I mentioned to get ally my hair color) and then she suggested 2 different highlights, but gave me 1 that was totally different than what she chose for me. I think she needed to pay more attention to what she was passing me and recommending instead of trying to make a sale. I am still new to makeup buying and I bed those that help me to know what they are doing. Overall, I was able to get quite a haul because of her. The sales were very encouraging. 30% off skin care, 40% off many items and 50% off gift sets. The gift sets were smallish items and looked like the sets they give you when you spend big at the dept. stores. These are just the right size for me to check out a new line. Customer service was attentive but not obtrusive. I ran across this tidbit. The cosmetics company store is owned by Estée Lauder. The layout made it easy for anyone to just come in and try a sample of different scents. My biggest pro is that they offer minimal customer service; they help whenever you need help and don't bother you which makes me shop in peace.
