I always go here for facials, and you can easily book online. I had a great facial with Bermarie - I highly recommend. Bluemercury is also a great store for products, whether that's skincare, makeup, etc. I've had great experiences here and I've been here multiple times! read more

Worst customer service ever. I stopped by here last Saturday because I was in town and forgot a couple of my products. Nobody bothered to approach me nor did they offer any assistance. I usually find what I am looking for but in this case I was looking for a travel size item and also a lip balm. I finally went to the register and asked the associate and I was getting the impression she was staring me up and down and judging me. So very rude and ignorant. One of the travel size products they did not carry and the other product is actually discontinued which I today found out myself. Why did nobody offer to recommend a different product ? Cause I guess they cant be bothered. How does an associate that works at Bluemercury not know this ? Whatever I bought that morning was neither of what I was looking for and I returned both items the same day. Bluemercury seaport is a clean and welcoming environment. I found the staff on the floor to be very helpful for my skincare and makeup questions. I followed my esthetician Tess to the seaport location because I loved her services out of the Lynnfield location. I am so glad I did because she truly knows what she is doing. So knowledgeable, has a bubbly personality, and very accommodating. If you haven't been to the seaport location I highly recommend giving it a try to experience the great customer service I received! read more

Wow ok, come here if you want to be talked down to and to feel stupid for wasting the staff previous time. Maybe you'd get a better service if you look and dressed a certain way?? I work close by and the two times that I have been here the service was horrible. The SAs were busy either checking their makeup or on their phone. God forbid you ask them for help. I came in today looking to buy a foundation but I left feeling like I was begging for money. Take your business across the street to Sephora if you want to feel like you're human again and not some trash. read more

This place has the worst customer service ever. There were 5 people working with only myself and one other customer in the store. Not one of the women offered any assistance instead they thought touching up their makeup in front of us as well as figuring out who was performing at the Grand that night was more important. I'm a huge fan of Blue Mercury, but this location is extremely disappointing. read more

We stopped in today because my aunt wanted to check on a brand cosmetics skinceuticals they carry exclusively. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. One made up/gave my aunt a sample of a product she wanted to try and the other was trying to help me find our destination on her phone. I'd only vaguely heard of it, very high end cosmetics and hair care brands, a sort of well curated Sephora. Cannot comment on spa treatments, et al. read more

This location has a decent selection of the stuff I typically buy, however, the low rating is because of their staff. I live nearby and have popped in on a few occasions to restock my supplies. The staff has been nothing but pretentious and not helpful at all. I was there this past weekend buying Oribe and the girls couldn't take their eyes of their phones long enough to help me. One girl who was doing inventory, gave me the strong impression I was interrupting her precious counting. It's disappointing, to say the least, that I can now say their mediocre customer service was not a one off. Every time I've been in this store, the staff has simply been rude and unprofessional. I love the Bluemercury Seaport location, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I started going to the Seaport location because I followed my esthetician Tess from Bluemercury Lynnfield. Tess has been taking care of my skin for many years and always recommending the best products for my skin that I fall in love with. Tess is very insightful and will tailor a treatment that is personalized to whatever you need that is best. The products at Blue Mercury are also amazing and the ambiance is relaxing & rejuvenating. The employees at this location are disrespectful, judgmental, and pretentious. I work close by and every time I've gone in there I'm given the 'up down' glare and treated like straight trash. Once I was the only customer in the store and I went up to the register to pay and there were two employees standing there staring at me while they gabbed away. No one bothered to make a move to ring in my products for a solid minute or two. I should have pocketed the stuff and walked out. Must be a requirement to be full of yourself (and trust me, it's unwarranted for them to feel holier than thou) to be hired at this location. read more

This is one of my favorite bluemercury's in Massachusetts. The store itself is clean, bright, and well lit with open windows. The girls that work there have been nothing but helpful and honest. I have had a few facials and eyebrow waxing services done at this location, along with other locations, and by far, this one was the best. The seaport area of Boston is also fun to visit so I always make it a point to make a day of it. read more

Tess is a miracle worker. My acne became so bad in the last year, with giant painful cysts along my jawline. I tried antibiotics, birth control, topical treatments from the dermatologist and, after nothing worked, I signed up to start Accutane in a month. I tried seeing Tess as a last ditch effort and was SO happy I did. Within two facials with Tess they were gone COMPLETELY. My skin hasn't looked this good in years, and I finally feel confident in my own body (adult acne sucks). It's been two months now and still no new acne, and I owe it all to Tess!!! read more
