I told him I would address needed repairs went to garage to get a rubber mallet. Returned and he said he fixed it. I checked and showed him he crushed pins by forcing. I need to put some more time in it tomorrow after the carpet dries. Then I observed his cleaning in the family room. Once again it's my opinion but slamming the the wand into the baseboards lent to the impression that speed creates a cavalier attitude as to customer's belongings. I don't think I am being harsh as prior to arrival my wife and I had moved almost complete furnishings to make the process easier. Josh can call when he returns from Alabama if he wishes.

However, the cleaning service was awful! They advised us that the carpet would be dry by the next morning. It actually took 4 days for the carpet to dry out (and I hope I don't have mold underneath). On the second day you could actually feel the water seeping up between your toes if you walked on it bare foot. It's like they sprayed water in but didn't bother to suck any back out. Then the two sofas were not even completely cleaned. The headrests and footrests were not even touched (sofas have recliners on each end). Then they applied the fabric protection spray (add on that we opted for) and it made the fabric hard and very scratchy. Then, as if all that was not enough, the carpet and sofas now have a very nasty smell to it and it is VERY strong. You smell it as soon as you walk into the room. I am wondering if they actually used dirty water on our stuff. Now, I have to rent a carpet cleaner and try to get the smell out. Our carpet did not have that smell before they 'cleaned' it, and I absolutely will not use a 'professional' carpet cleaning service again. Worst experience ever! And, we paid for it!

What was really shocking was that they didn't put paper booties on over their shoes. Or in the case of one technician, enormous combat boots. They repeatedly walked in and out of the cleaned rooms in their street shoes/boots. They didn't put anything under the legs on furniture that wasn't being moved. Nor did they put any type of covering on the hardwood floor between the front door and rooms being cleaned. The distance of about 20 feet. As far as carpet, the cleaning was satisfactory. We have animal stains that they diligently tried to remove but were unsuccessful. These were old stains so I can't fault them. There are too many carpet cleaning companies in Lexington, I can't recommend this company to anyone.

I try and stay out of the way of them and the hoses related to this kind of work. It was our first time cleaning the four rooms. We are dealing with two different types and colors of carpet here. They all turned out beautifully. Superior is efficient and moves through the house quickly even though the hoses have to be cumbersome. A friendly attitude makes getting questions answered easy. They work in jeans and shirts with the company name on them. They service multiple counties , so if you don't live in Richmond you should consider giving them a call. I will have them back to clean for me.

Not only because their quote was reasonable, but Eddie, the actual owner, did the quote and was incredibly personable and respectful. He took his shoes off after leaving our dusty basement after reviewing it so that he would not track the dust into our house (without even asking)- NONE of the other representatives from the other companies did this! And there was no up selling etc. Anyway, the work itself was very well done! They were timely, courteous, and explained what they will be doing and even explained what they did after. They also offer a 10 day warranty if you weren't happy with the cleaning and would come back which is incredibly nice! Our basement floor is no longer gross and we can finally setup and enjoy our basement. I HIGHLY recommend Cincinnati Maintenance in a heartbeat.

Overall Cincinnati Maintenance was our best pick. So glad we went with them. We scheduled for a free estimate. Jesse was very professional and did a great job on our carpets. It took him an hour. We only had two bedrooms and a hallway that needed cleaning. The pricing was reasonable and the carpets were super clean/soft. I highly recommend them!

I was a little concerned that their equipment only vibrated the surface with a small amount of fluid. Then the ran a cotton cloth over the right remove the moisture. Colors were uneven but thought I'd wait until it dried. Just tried a hand held Bissell carpet-furniture cleaner on it and the water is dark brown! They did little more than the vibrating brush of a vacuum cleaner. Absolute waste of money!!

They use a system that actually helps the dirt come up out of the carpet, and as you sweep your carpet more and more comes up! The carpet looked phenomenal so clean and smelled wonderful!
