When I showed up for my appointment, he took everything we discussed, showed me the design, and then we started. The appointment lasted most of the day, but it came out absolutely amazing. Having traveled the world and attended many tattoo conventions, Onizuka feels like a step above the rest. Really enjoy the studio setup, as it can feel as private or as open as it needs to be. Everyone here is super friendly, and the artists are all exceptionally unique in their styling and executions. When you're hours deep into a session and the pain is really starting to set in, it's good to have access to plenty of beverages, food and ammenities to ease back into comfort. The music is never overbearing or too loud like some shops, and it really feels like a second home. I'm getting work done by Jiro but all guys here do quality work and have their own way of doing tattoos.

I felt the need to update my feedback regarding my son's recent downsizing appointment with envy…read morebody. While the service provided by Danny when getting the piercing done over a month ago was great. Our downsizing follow up experience was disappointing. Long story short the manger changed our appt with Danny for downsizing because I made the wrong appt. Same price just wrong appt title. I made said appt. for a piercing rather than a downsizing BUT THERE IS NO downsize appt tab available online AND when I called to ask about it more than once NO ONE answered. I did what I thought was the next best thing considering it was the same price. my son was forced to be helped by someone I had no reference of. Had not done my search on him or even knew his name. This person downsized my son's piercing wrong. A few days later the piercing fell off my son's ear, making us panic. Turns out The person didn't tighten it enough. I made his apot.. With a person in mind for Stephanie to just change it and decide who will be helping him. That was not ok. And now we are dealing with a. This is the second time that I've been to the tattoo and piercing shop; the first time I went with a friend and also came in for a repiercing due to a hospitalization. I'm hoping this will be the last time that I go to this shop for a repiercing, but I will definitely come back here if I have to. Joslyn was extremely professional and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time during the piercing process by double checking that it didn't hurt. I had to purchase one of their steel titanium jewelry ($15 was the cheapest one) and was not allowed to use my own jewelry that I bought from Laughing Buddha. Which is totally understandable and makes sense as to why they don't use other jewelry outside of their own. I think it also specifies in their rules or contract that you're not allowed to bring in outside jewelry, but I would call to make sure. I also did not like that they didn't have a more comfortable waiting/seating area. Those tiny chairs on wheels are not really plus-sized friendly and I would have appreciated a regular chair instead of those. The online booking experience for an appointment within 3 days was easy to use on their website. I believe there was a $5 security deposit that goes into your overall total at the end of your piercing/tattoo session. In fact, my piercer Joslyn even emailed me to ask questions about my piercing history and whatnot. I really appreciated her attentiveness to detail and for taking the initiative to understand her customer's needs. Overall, I had a pleasant experience with my piercer Joslyn and would highly recommend her for your piercing needs. Thanks again!!
