I've also been here to downsize multiple times and have even gone in with concerns for one that resulted in a longer bar. With my past experiences I can 100% say I fully trust them especially Zander!! He is the best and I always love being helped by him. This place is so clean and I love the variety of options given. Although on the pricey side at times, I will say based off past experiences with other piercers at other shops, I would keep paying to come back to envy just because of the cleanliness and quality. I've returned here 3x in the past 6 months or so! I've had a good experience. I came in initially to get a new conch jewelry after mine fell down the drain. I was able to get an appointment quickly and chose a piece of jewelry that I really like. A piece of the jewelry did fall out a month or so later and I let them know and they were able to get me a brand new piece free of charge. Is it cheap here? No. But is it worth it? Yes. If you're planning to keep a piece of jewelry in your ear - I think the price is worth it! They have SO many cute and unique pieces here that range in price. I used to use jewelry that was cheap and wore them for 5 to 10 years each. So I decided to splurge and purchase pieces that were more expensive that I would really enjoy. I've gotten a few lobe piercings done here and they've all healed well. This last time, I went in for another lobe piercing but ending up getting my conch pierced due to not having enough space where I initially wanted the piercing. Which turned out to be totally fine because I absolutely love it!! So far so good. It's only been 2 days but I've been sleeping on my travel pillow which I've actually never done with any of my other piercings. Envy is expensive as heck though but their jewelry selection is lovely!! There's so much to choose from and the quality is great. $200 for one piercing is insane but its been worth it for me. Nazba did my conch piercing and she was super nice. I appreciate her showing me why the lobe piercing I wanted wouldn't be a good decision based on the placement and the type of hoop earrings that I wear. Pain level 2/10..maybe even a 1 Customer service at Envy is just ok. Everyone is nice but I think the customer service can be improved. Going to get a piercing should be a really fun experience in my opinion. My experiences were more on the transactional side of things which doesn't neccessarily feel good when you're already paying an insane amount of money. read more

I've been here twice, and neither time was I told that downsizing the jewelry post would cost an additional fee. I was simply told to come back later to have it downsized. Considering how much they already charge for both the jewelry and the piercing service itself, this should have been clearly explained beforehand. When I returned for the downsizing and mentioned that I wasn't aware of the extra charge, the employee was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. There was no reason for that kind of attitude, especially when the pricing had never been properly communicated to me. Because the posts were so long, I ended up losing one of my helix piercings, which was not cheap, as well as my nose piercing because its post was also far too big. Overall, I wasted more than $300 here and have nothing positive to show for it. I definitely do not recommend this place. In my opinion, Lulu Ave in Long Beach provides a much better experience and is far more worth the money. Unfortunately, based on the service I received, I also have very little confidence that this business will reach out or make any effort to correct the situation. read more

Decent... A handful of the employees at the registers aren't all that nice. I've gotten four piercings here and they've all been placed well and without complications. Prices are absurd, however. Like seriously. I recently found a better option not too far away, Hermosa Ink. I'd recommend going there instead of here for piercings. Came back to get second lobe piercing for me and 17 year old daughter. We set an appointment this time and we still waited about 30 minutes before being seen. One thing I didn't know is that they will automatically charge you $15 for downsizing even though you don't come back to get it done. So, I ended up paying $30 after 6 weeks of getting the piercings for me and my daughter. Yea, I know, I know you're suppose to do it....BUT regardless it should be a customer's choice and a customer shouldn't be charged for a service that wasn't done. I read the reviews that people recommended Ryan and I totally agree!! Ryan is extremely friendly and a very talented piercer. Piercings were done quick with minimal pain and placement is great! I got 4 piercings with Ryan (thirds, conch, rook) and I love the look. HUGE selection of earrings. Piercings are a little red only because I took this pic literally 10 minutes after getting pierced. Also I noticed some people said the piercings/earrings were overpriced--imo $30 piercing + ~$40 earring is not bad for quality service and quality earrings. I got my belly button done today by Ryan and it was the best piercing experience I've ever had ( for reference I have about 12)!! He was so nice and helpful - not to mention, he took his time with my piercing placement and really listened to all my questions. I didn't feel rushed at all. We've gotten a few piercings here. The most recent one with my daughter getting her 2nd lobe. That experience was quite disappointing. My daughter was nervous (I think it's a natural reaction, I even get nervous and I've gotten a lot of piercings). My own session wasn't any better. Without going into it too much, we left feeling like we were a burden to the piercer. A couple of weeks ago, my daughter had an accident and the jewelry came off. We came here to get it fixed and also downsize. We were a walk in and waited almost 2 hours. Danny helped us. From the beginning, he was very thorough and explained why we might need to replace the jewelry she already had. The post was bent and he said he was afraid of straightening it and it would break off. He also checked if my daughter had the anatomy for a belly piercing. She was disappointed that she didn't, but Danny was so nice explaining to her that it's a no now, and since she's still growing, we can check later. How you see him in his videos on social media explaining everything from A-Z is exactly how he is off camera. We had such a pleasant experience. Even my daughter said "Danny is the vibe!" I genuinely will not be coming here again. I tried to call to book an appointment twice and both times my call went straight to voicemail. I booked through the online thing, but I wasn't able to ask questions like I had wanted to. My little sister and I show up at 6:25 for my 6:30/7 appointment and it took until 7pm for either of us to get seen. She was getting her nostril pierced and I was getting my helix pierced. We pick out jewelry before the piercing, and I got a somewhat sparkly piece while my sister got a basic, flat circle for her nose. They told us that our total together would be $260. I know the jewelry was kind of nice, but I've never paid that much EVER. Their only options are 14k gold and titanium for piercings, but I'm reactive to titanium and had to go with the gold. It probably would have been cheaper for titanium. The piercer herself was professional and quick, and used good technique. Very clean as well. However... About 5 days later, I get a text from my little sister than her jewelry broke when she was taking her shirt off. As expensive as it was, she had to go get ANOTHER jewelry item. So overall, they get two stars for cleanliness and the piercer doing a good job. But it was HELLA expensive for what it was, and it needed to be replaced. read more

Brought in my 13 year old daughter to get her 2nd ear piercing. My I.D has my maiden name so they were about to give me a hard time because the last name didn't match but step dad came to the rescue with the last name. When the girl brought the paperwork for us to sign she directed herself to my daughter. Like gave her the pen and paperwork like I wasn't even in the room. Expecting her to fill out the paperwork. Like what? But my daughter filled everything out, it was still very annoying that they were basically treating her as the adult. Their jewelry is expensive. Each earring was $40-80 and we still gotta go back in like 2-3 months to replace it??? We're planning on more piercings but not coming back here. The only reason why I'm giving it 4 stars is because the guy that pierced her ears, Danny, was amazing and provided excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helped my daughter feel comfortable throughout the entire process. read more
