I felt the need to update my feedback regarding my son's recent downsizing appointment with envy body. While the service provided by Danny when getting the piercing done over a month ago was great. Our downsizing follow up experience was disappointing. Long story short the manger changed our appt with Danny for downsizing because I made the wrong appt. Same price just wrong appt title. I made said appt. for a piercing rather than a downsizing BUT THERE IS NO downsize appt tab available online AND when I called to ask about it more than once NO ONE answered. I did what I thought was the next best thing considering it was the same price. my son was forced to be helped by someone I had no reference of. Had not done my search on him or even knew his name. This person downsized my son's piercing wrong. A few days later the piercing fell off my son's ear, making us panic. Turns out The person didn't tighten it enough. I made his apot.. With a person in mind for Stephanie to just change it and decide who will be helping him. That was not ok. And now we are dealing with a. Loose earring because I'm afraid to touch it and we haven't had an opportunity to go and get it tighten. Managers name Stephanie. read more

Came back to get second lobe piercing for me and 17 year old daughter. We set an appointment this time and we still waited about 30 minutes before being seen. One thing I didn't know is that they will automatically charge you $15 for downsizing even though you don't come back to get it done. So, I ended up paying $30 after 6 weeks of getting the piercings for me and my daughter. Yea, I know, I know you're suppose to do it....BUT regardless it should be a customer's choice and a customer shouldn't be charged for a service that wasn't done. I got 4 piercings with Ryan (thirds, conch, rook) and I love the look. HUGE selection of earrings. Piercings are a little red only because I took this pic literally 10 minutes after getting pierced. Also I noticed some people said the piercings/earrings were overpriced--imo $30 piercing + ~$40 earring is not bad for quality service and quality earrings. We've gotten a few piercings here. The most recent one with my daughter getting her 2nd lobe. That experience was quite disappointing. My daughter was nervous (I think it's a natural reaction, I even get nervous and I've gotten a lot of piercings). My own session wasn't any better. Without going into it too much, we left feeling like we were a burden to the piercer. A couple of weeks ago, my daughter had an accident and the jewelry came off. We came here to get it fixed and also downsize. We were a walk in and waited almost 2 hours. Danny helped us. From the beginning, he was very thorough and explained why we might need to replace the jewelry she already had. The post was bent and he said he was afraid of straightening it and it would break off. He also checked if my daughter had the anatomy for a belly piercing. She was disappointed that she didn't, but Danny was so nice explaining to her that it's a no now, and since she's still growing, we can check later. How you see him in his videos on social media explaining everything from A-Z is exactly how he is off camera. We had such a pleasant experience. Even my daughter said "Danny is the vibe!" I got my belly button done today by Ryan and it was the best piercing experience I've ever had ( for reference I have about 12)!! He was so nice and helpful - not to mention, he took his time with my piercing placement and really listened to all my questions. I didn't feel rushed at all. I genuinely will not be coming here again. I tried to call to book an appointment twice and both times my call went straight to voicemail. I booked through the online thing, but I wasn't able to ask questions like I had wanted to. My little sister and I show up at 6:25 for my 6:30/7 appointment and it took until 7pm for either of us to get seen. She was getting her nostril pierced and I was getting my helix pierced. We pick out jewelry before the piercing, and I got a somewhat sparkly piece while my sister got a basic, flat circle for her nose. They told us that our total together would be $260. I know the jewelry was kind of nice, but I've never paid that much EVER. Their only options are 14k gold and titanium for piercings, but I'm reactive to titanium and had to go with the gold. It probably would have been cheaper for titanium. The piercer herself was professional and quick, and used good technique. Very clean as well. However... About 5 days later, I get a text from my little sister than her jewelry broke when she was taking her shirt off. As expensive as it was, she had to go get ANOTHER jewelry item. So overall, they get two stars for cleanliness and the piercer doing a good job. But it was HELLA expensive for what it was, and it needed to be replaced. read more

I brought my 6 year old here to get her ears pierced for the first time. She was nervous but the staff was so helpful and kind in helping her pick her earrings but also during the actual piercing as well. I forgot the name of the guy who did her piercings but he was GREAT with her. He was able to bond with my daughter over her Pokémon crocs and was able to distract her with Pokémon questions/comments to the point that she didn't even realize the piercing was done! And he had another worker come and help so they could do both ears at the same time. Pretty much painless for her, it was a great experience over all. read more

Unprofessional and rude. When deciding placement on my piercing Yesi decided too tell me that it would look sh*t if I got it where I wanted. I wasn't being difficult or rude I actually have no clue about piercings as I'm not a piercer but that's not a way to educate or explain yourself. She pierces me upset and doesn't even guide me through the piercing or aftercare. she also smelled which I found gross. I work in the service industry as well and normally never complain but we have to have some professionalism in the way we talk & carry ourselves. read more

Brought in my 13 year old daughter to get her 2nd ear piercing. My I.D has my maiden name so they were about to give me a hard time because the last name didn't match but step dad came to the rescue with the last name. When the girl brought the paperwork for us to sign she directed herself to my daughter. Like gave her the pen and paperwork like I wasn't even in the room. Expecting her to fill out the paperwork. Like what? But my daughter filled everything out, it was still very annoying that they were basically treating her as the adult. Their jewelry is expensive. Each earring was $40-80 and we still gotta go back in like 2-3 months to replace it??? We're planning on more piercings but not coming back here. The only reason why I'm giving it 4 stars is because the guy that pierced her ears, Danny, was amazing and provided excellent customer service. I followed all aftercare instructions exactly as directed, and each time I was told there was "no way" the jewelry should have fallen out.
