    Mixed berries cake

I had this beautiful mixed berries cake for the birthday. Decoration is beautiful and cake tastes delicious. However the whipped cream is a bit too much for the portion of cake. It seems like the amount of whipped cream is more than the cake.

Happy to report Blue Windmill Bakery's service and quality of cake remains excellent! I ordered another Christmas cake for the holidays and it was a hit at my family party. The cake was mocha and flavored with fresh strawberry layers inside. It was perfectly sweet and light. I am a happy and loyal customer!

I came here because I used to really look forward to their blueberry chiffon cake. Upon arrival, a lady greeted us and asked us if we were looking for anything in particular. She was very welcoming and mentioned they don't have any more of the chiffon. Although I was disappointed, I was interested in trying the sweet potato cake instead. It was for my dad's birthday and he enjoyed it so much. The flavor was unique but delicious. The sweetness of the potatoes was the right amount. I also got some random mochi and savory breads that were just as good. I would come here again for a snack or another cake!

One of our favorite Korean bakeries! The customer service is always friendly, a great to-go pick up place with lots of variety of breads and snack cakes. SWEET POTATO CAKE - Layers of soft vanilla cake, whip cream, and lots of smooth sweet potato. Almost like a sweet potato mousse cake. Because it's sweet potatoes... we get the cake and eat a lil slice for breakfast hehe. - While you can get the cake as a walk-in, we called about a day before just to make sure. They matched our pickup time perfectly so they would make the cake as fresh as possible THE SAME MORNING. WOW. THAT IS FRESH. CREAM PUFFS! - 100 A+. These are generously filled with genuine cream, not custard, which was what I was looking for. Puff was airy and crispy fresh. WALNUT PIE - It's like an almond croissant/pastry but with walnut instead. Nice cookie-like crust. CORN CASTELLA - This was unique and a hit! It's like yummy honey cornbread but not dry at all. Yummy pieces of corn in the bread inside.

This place is wonderful! Very clean, tons of parking, and the staff is very helpful! They didn't even make fun of me when I asked where the gathering baskets were, despite it being right in front of my face. They have a vast selection to choose from, and it is all very fresh! The only thing I didn't much care for was the cornbread, but maybe that's just because I had it by itself as opposed to pairing it with some sort of southern cooking. Everything else, though? *Chef kiss* I got: Sweetened condensed milk rusk, Romeo Cookies, Healthy Rice Cake, Sweet potato pie, and the red bean filled custard bun. The rusk was perfect, and not something I have seen before in socal. The Romeo cookies were downright addictive, and unique! The sweet potato pie, while not exactly a pie, was excellent. The Healthy Rice Cake had so much going on that it was difficult to pinpoint flavors, but I still enjoyed it for the chewiness and density of it. A great snack! And finally, the red bean filled Custard Bun: perfect for breakfast, which is how I had it! It paired wonderfully with my black tea! I'd absolutely get it all again, and look forward to my next visit!

Just a teen doing her Job. :) One of my friends ordered the peach mango smoothie, good but a bit water down. Prefer a little more thickness to smoothies. I got the strawberry shake which was super delicious! Highly recommend! My other friend ordered the cookies and cream shake. Everyone seemed to like the cookies and cream the best (I'm not a fan of chocolate so my opinion wouldn't count in this situation lol). The Carmel frappe was good as well. The pan dulces were fresh and very flavorful. This location is off a main street so it's easy to find. There's plenty of free parking. Definitely check this place out if you're in the area!

I ordered the strawberry cream croissant, and it was absolutely amazing. It was light, airy, and not overly sweet, which I really appreciated. The pastry itself was perfectly flaky and buttery every bite was delicious. I can definitely see why this place is such a big hit! I also tried the iced condensed coffee. It was definitely strong, but also incredibly creamy with just the right amount of sweetness. It paired perfectly with the croissant. Another plus is that they have plenty of parking and lots of seating, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a coffee and dessert. Few key notes: * There's a small free private parking lot and it is almost never 100% full even during busy hours. * While the bakery closes at 7 PM, come before lunch hours to get the full selection of baked goods and refrigerated sandwich options; otherwise, many of these items sell out before closing time. * Plenty of indoor tables, but no outdoor seating. * S-tier items: strawberry croissant, sticky bun, steamed pork bun. * A-tier items: half turkey avocado sandwich, pork katsu sandwich box. * B-tier items: almond croissant, drip coffee. This is a nice grab-and-go spot for anyone who is looking for a quick bite and quality baked goods. Personally, this is not an ideal first-date spot or a place for really good coffee - stick with places like Corridor Flow just few blocks away.

I would imagine a nice spot to get some work done or have a nice chat. I got their signature latte and it was very good. It was on the sweeter side for me but that was just me that day. Some days I prefer sweeter! I also go a few pastries: Cream Cheese garlic bread, jalapeño spam croissant, and a chestnut mochi. I brought them home and heated them up to share and it was a hit with everyone. I assume they would also heat it up by request if you stay there but not sure. I didn't get their names but the two people that served me that day (11/19/25) were very nice and quick. I didn't feel rushed while I was choosing at all. Definitely a solid option for anyone looking for a sweet treat.

The service wasn't great and only one drink was good or correct. I'm still not 100% sure one of…read morethem was the correct drink. I ordered 2 drinks through the app yesterday, the Honey Bori Latte (seasonal) and the Banana Milk Latte. The Banana Milk Latte was delicious once everything was mixed well, but the Honey Bori Latte was just bitter and then less bitter when mixed. It was already half melted, there was no salted honey cold foam or Jolly Pong which is supposed to be part of the drink. I got the order to go, so I didn't notice that my drink was wrong until I got home, so I couldn't even get it corrected. I didn't realize the drink was wrong at first. I thought it was just a flavor I didn't like even though I noted that I couldn't taste Barley at all. Then half way throught it, I decided to look at the description on the app to remember what it was supposed to taste like because it tasted like an ordinary flavorless latte. The description said there's barley milk, salted honey cold foam and Jolly Pong. That's when it hit me that I either got the wrong drink or someone didn't make it right because there was no flavor of salted honey and definitely no Jolly Pong in my drink. It didn't even look like I had cold foam topping my drink, but maybe that's because it was melting already. Overall, I was very upset and disappointed with my drink, but was happy my mom's drink was fine. Now this is only a part of why I was dissapointed with yesterday's experience. The other reason was the app and workers. Maybe the workers aren't used to working with the Smoking Tiger app yet? Or maybe the app still needs work, but the drinks I ordered through the app took forever to be marked ready even though my drinks had been ready for some time which was obvious because my Honey Bori Latte was already half mixed because the layers of ingredients were melting into each other. I arrived at the cafe about 5 minutes after ordering, but the app's estimated wait time was another 10 minutes which wasn't a problem for me, especially since I saw a person waiting for his order and some people inside the cafe, although it wasn't full like usual. I just assumed some people ordered before me, so I just have to wait a bit, which again was fine with me especially since I was waiting for my mom to arrive. At some point after the one person waiting for their drink left, I realized the 2 girls at the counter were just talking and not making any drinks. I checked the app and it still said my order was being prepared. After 2 more people ordered their drinks and received them immediately, I went up to the counter, by this point it had been the app's estimated 10 minute wait. I told the girl with glasses my name and showed her the order on my phone. Then she walked toward the fridge and got my drinks, put them in a drink carrier, passed them to me and then turned around while looking at the receipt paper that was with the drinks. That was it. She didn't tell me which drink was which and they were not labeled, so my mom and I just had taste them to figure out which was which. At most places, they let you know which drink is which, so I was just confused with the service I received, especially when the place wasn't busy. And to top it all off, my order was marked completed 10 minutes after I received my order which again just left me in confusion. I usually love this place and was saddened when they got rid of their Choco Mugwort drink, but I'm always looking forward to their seasonal drinks and baked goods. This time though, I don't think I was even able to taste one of their new seasonal drinks because it tasted like a regular latte with milk. I want to try their other current seasonal drinks, but I'm also worried about what I will receive in the future and I'm not ready for another disappointing coffee any time soon.
