There were clogs in several areas from leaves that had blown into the pool and the motor was not running efficiently to move water. One thing they could improve on is proactively monitoring and recommending/performing the less frequent maintenance items for things like pool filter changes/cleaner robot replacements/etc rather than waiting for issues to arise and then addressing them after the fact or needing the customer to call in requesting those services. Perhaps there is some software the team could invest in to help them track that on behalf of their clients, helping keep everything in top operating shape for longer.
