This could have been handled so differently. She will forget about this situation but we will undoubtedly remember this situation and make mention to every single person we come across when discussing our crafting classes and experiences...true she won't miss out on business but word of mouth is everything...kindness goes a long way. Hopefully this person has the day she deserves and everyday thereafter.
