Water had been collecting on the exterior of the wall for years, which was causing the wall to slowly sink over many many years. They offered an honest sensible solution, which no other contractor could do. Now the wall is structurally sound, the water is all being pitched away from my home and we ran a trench to the street as well. The workers were friendly, worked VERY hard and showed up on time each morning. It may have taken them time to get to my project but when they did get to me they were great! I would recommend them to anyone!

The patio turned out beautifully down to the smallest detail. Rick takes ownership and real responsibility for a project; he's a great partner, and someone we recommend highly.

As a security company, we work with many contractors and job sites, and it's immediately noticeable when a company operates at a higher level -- Innovation definitely does. Their team was professional, organized, and respectful throughout the entire project. We were responsible for protecting a multi-million dollar property, expensive construction equipment, and ensuring the site remained secure overnight. Thanks to the way Innovation runs their projects, our personnel had zero issues conducting patrols and maintaining site security. One thing that really stood out was the housekeeping and overall site organization. The job site was kept extremely neat, which made patrol operations smooth and safe for our guards. Their workers were also highly professional, clearly experienced, and appeared to follow proper safety practices at all times. It's refreshing to work alongside a contractor that takes pride in both their workmanship and how they manage their sites. Prime Mold Removal did an outstanding job fixing my basement…read more Mold was removed from the walls of the basement, replaced insulation, drywall and painted. Then they installed vinyl floor planks over the existing floor. Mike and Shimon were very professional, reliable and committed to doing the job right. They were transparent about costs, clearly explaining the work with detailed invoices outlining the work and associated fees. They arrived on time and maintained a clean and organized workspace. They provided ongoing progress of the job with text messages and photos. Work was done meticulously and efficiently and with care. Shimon was especially conscientious and attentive to detail. Any minor changes, questions or concerns were addressed, adjustments thoroughly resolved. The craftsmanship was evident in the quality of the finished result: the insulation, new walls, painting and the vinyl floor planks they installed looked as if they were always there. Their work helped transform the appearance of the dingy dank basement and now, a light, clean open space. It resembles a model showroom! I 'm extremely grateful to Mike and Shimon for their expertise, honesty, attention to detail and commitment to quality. I highly recommend Prime Mold Removal-they are outstanding and make the entire process smooth and the physical results beautiful. Thank you Mike and Shimon! A friend had recently researched many waterproofing companies and recommended Rika Construction based her own positive experience. When I called the owner, Ricardo Dias, he responded immediately despite the heavy demand post-Irene. He was incredibly sympathetic given my situation. He prepared a quote on the spot and quickly worked me into his schedule. He and his crew arrived as promised and preformed all services as specified to my utmost satisfaction (I wish I could say the same for all my contractor experiences). Ricardo and his crew were extremely respectful of my property, always taking off their shoes before entering the house, providing excellent protection during construction and clean-up at the end of each and every day (another thing I wish I could say for all my contractor experiences). Based on my own outstanding experience, I recommended Rika Construction to 3 other homeowners on my block and all 3 homeowners contracted with Rika for their waterproofing jobs. They too were extremely satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend Rika Construction for all your waterproofing and flood remediation needs. I've done extensive work on my home, have many contractor experiences to draw from first hand and no one compares to Rika Construction's professionalism and quality of work. You can count on Rika Construction to take care of your waterproofing needs when you need them most.
