I love this place and they never fail to provide a good meal whether it's from their Mexican side of the menu or the Italian. Their margaritas are to die for and are often on a special. I've noticed the freshness and good quality of the fish in their dishes and am always satisfied with the bean dip and other parts of the appetizer menu. I definitely want to try more items on the menu but I've never taken someone here who didn't love it.

    Margaritas!

Every thing from food, drinks and employees! Best margaritas, the shrimp quesadillas with added spinach Alfredo sauce always!

This is my wife's chicken chimichanga with rice and beans. It was good. If you want it crispy, ask for the sauce on the side.

It's been well over 10 years since I've been here. I used to come often and it was always busy and good. I was getting tired of the same old same old so the wife and I went to eat. She's never been. She's from the Westbank. The crazy thing about this place is that they offer Italian and Mexican food all the time and they do them both incredibly well. We were craving Mexican. We started with chips and salsa. The chips were freshly fried and hot! I had the 3 enchilada plate with rice and beans. I went with one of each chicken , pork and ground beef. The ground beef was awesome. I wished I'd gotten 3 of them. There's a faint hint of cinnamon I've tasted in Mexican cuisine before and it was really good. Then I tried the pork. Wow!! It was better than the beef. I wished I'd gotten 2 pork and 2 beef now. The chicken was just ok. The last 2 were hard acts to follow. The tables are few but well spaced. I'll go Italian next time and be sure to update. Give this place a try , you won't be disappointed.

Have passed this place hundreds of times and finally decided to give it a try. The menu is widespread with Mexican, BBQ, hamburgers and Italian food. My wife decided to try the shrimp tacos and I ordered the fish tacos. Wow! Both of them were excellent. They both came with rice and beans, which were mediocre. That's okay, the tacos made up for it. The service was great and attentive. We will definitely be back.

Very good food. Sometimes they are rushed but it's worth the wait. The Mexican, or the Mediterranean are all very delicious.

Here's what I got: *Crispy Cauliflower: Had a nice hot kick to it and exploding with flavor. You got your cilantro, you chili oil, green onion, and a bit of cabbage. I think this was my favorite thing tonight. *Yellow Squash Stuffed Shells: This menu item is rich with flavor, yet soft. You get delicious notes of curry, lemon mascarpone, tomato sauce and it's not super acidic. *Cheesecake: Surprise sweet ending! Good thing I saved room for this soft, fluffy, and decadent dessert with strawberry topping. All of the flavors in each dish meshed perfectly together without any overpowering. Service is great, they are very attentive and will make sure you are good the entire time.

It's a super cool, modern atmosphere with a very comfortable yet /modern feel. On this trip, we had the Charred Artichoke, which came out with perfect char yet tender hearts. Tasty with an onion/garlicky cream sauce. We had two show stoppers...1. Crispy Cauliflower is in a green-onion/chili-oil/harissa-type red slather. Sooooo good! Then, the VERY BEST 2. Avocado Panzanella: the best I've ever had in America and my best panzanella period! That says a lot as I LOVE them in restaurants globally, including Southern Tuscany/the Isle of Sicily. It's an avocado lover's dream, with plenty of this star ingredient of many chunks of avocado(zero skipping here!), crunchy bread pieces, sun-dried tomatoes, etc., in a creamy, slightly hot honey vinaigrette (I believe). There is a Bay Scallop Aracini we have to try next time. It sounds Great! I LOVE a Bolognese because it takes 12-16 hours to cook/smolder/meld. The Bower takes such time & it's very apparent they care to smother it with plenty of porky and beefy goodness. Amazing entree‼ Lastly, our dessert was a Dark Chocolate-type tort. Not sure if it's "flourless," so I don't want to say that in case you're on a flourless diet. But, if you can, it's fantastic. Thankfully... Not too sweet at all. It's perfect, and I'm not even a typical chocolate person. Pls geaux...youll be very satiated!!!

And then I realized the "new" Delachaise is like a decade old! This birthday... let's say it hit hard with this realization that you can think something is new when it's actually ten years old. I love this Maple Street location of Delachaise. A longtime fan of the St. Charles location (13 years, in fact), I appreciate that this spot has full table service while the OG is order at the bar. It is also larger, sparkling and sharp. Both feel a little Parisian, just in wholly different ways. And I like the ambiance of both. Behold that cocktail menu! So many unique drinks and similar to the other Delachaise, expect to be impressed with the wines by the glass. I always appreciate a good glass of Sangiovese. I haven't checked out the food menu in a while at St. Charles, but I never seemed to be able to find anything vegan. There's vegan Buffalo cauliflower here, which I'll have to try next time. We ordered olives but they weren't really to my liking (cold, tasting strongly of vinegar rather than herbs and too many of the tiny black ones taking up space. I love Castelvetrano olives and there weren't any in the serving). Service is just so so nice. Really perfect. Can't wait to come back for more wine and an evening on the patio.

They even brought our warm baguette for me to dip into the mussels sauce after I'd finished them. The service was 10/10...super friendly, attentive and helpful. A love letter to Coquette…read more I moved to New Orleans in 2014, for a job I'd been trying to get since 2012, and which resulted in the end of a relationship with someone who had fallen out of love with the city years before. My life has been changed in so many positive ways over the last 12 years, and it all started with Coquette. My first meal out, on my first day of work right after Labor Day was at Coquette for lunch with my ex-boyfriend's law school friend. I don't remember the person's name, and don't think I actually saw him again after that lunch, but I remember the feeling of that fancy, yet understated meal as a warm welcome to the city I now call home. I've gotten incredible fantasy football tips from the bartenders over brunch at the. I've celebrated birthdays and promotions and making in to Thursday with dinners and wine. No matter why I have ended up at Coquette over the years, and with who, it's always ended up being a special experience that is just hard to put into words. Of course when I heard we were nearing the end I immediately made a dinner reservation, and brought my partner, who somehow had never been. We sat at the bar, and ended up running into one of my close friends also getting one last meal at this special spot. We ate like kings and laughed and marveled at how unique this place is, even in a city full of award-winning chefs and beautifully curated restaurants. I'm so sad that this era has come to an end, but so grateful to have had so many great experiences here and that those who brought us this place are embarking on new culinary adventures in the city! Rich, layered, and well-balanced with fresh elements that worked together on the plate. For entrées, we had a variety of cuts, including the Australian Wagyu, ribeye, butcher's cut, and lamb chops. The Wagyu stood out immediately. High quality, great sear, and finished tableside, which added to the overall experience without taking away from the food itself. Each steak was cooked precisely to temperature and full of flavor. The lamb chops paired with carrots and brussels were well executed and balanced. The sides complemented the meal well and did not feel like afterthoughts. You can also see their in-house dry aging setup, which speaks to the level of detail they put into their steak program. It shows in the final product. The drinks were solid across the board. The Old Fashioned and bourbon selections paired well with the meal and matched the food's quality. Service by Noelle was attentive and responsive throughout the night. Everything flowed well, and we were taken care of without feeling rushed or hovered over. The ribeye mid rare was completely beyond charred and way past pittsburg which I didnt request at all! It was maybe a half inch thick at best. The bone marrow was at best a quarter filled.
