This is my second horrible experience with Blue Streak. Both involve Wayfair orders over $6,000.00. The first one involved multiple communication errors and partial deliveries and too many errors on their part to begin to list. This past Saturday they had told me they would come between 10am & 2pm. I arranged my normally busy Saturday to accommodate their time frame. At 2:20 I called to inquire what was happening. I was told someone would call me right back to give a new expected time. No one called. I tried several times to call again and got no answer. At 7:40pm someone called me and asked if I was expecting a delivery and when I said yes said they would call back. 10 minutes later they did call back and said to expect the delivery soon. At 8:55pm the truck arrived. When I looked in the back of the truck there were two pallets just shoved the truck, piled high (13 boxes) and boxes had fallen off. The pallets nor the boxes had been secured in any way. Two of the boxes were crushed flat to the product. Two more had big holes in the boxes. Credit the driver; he was apologetic and worked quickly to get the product into my garage and off the pallets. I wish Wayfair would find a delivery "partner' that can provide the same level of customer service they themselves do. read more

Amanda is still worthless, unprofessional, and a poor excuse for a manager. Not only was she still running her mouth to her drivers but also to a 3rd party Cargo and freight deliver service that was actually willing to help. She should be removed from her position. It's sad that everyone else in her company had to apologize on her behalf for her behavior. Only takes one bad apple and she just happens to be a rotten one. On the upside of things, I finally got my closet delivered and installed. The owner of blue streak reached out to me and was able to facilitate this. The deliver was still late. I was told from 2-4pm and it arrived at 5pm. However, with the help of Sanchez Delivery LLC (whom I would give 5STARS) they were able to build my closet. Thank you to the owner Chris for going above and beyond to help me (a costumer that originally not yours) out. Thank you Harold, with Blue streak for keeping me in the loop when your employee Amanda failed to communicate anything except a piece of her mind and for also getting me in touch with Sanchez Delivery. Although this was a long and drawn out process that never should have happened in the first place. I am happy that everything eventually worked out. read more

We ordered a large bathroom vanity. It was delivered as promised and I got updates the day of delivery on the truck's progress. Then we got a call 30 minutes prior. Was very helpful for us. The delivery men were professional and careful unloading the piece and brought it into the area we had set aside for it in the garage. These guys are horrible. They were set up through a wayfarer order where we paid the extra $50 to have the item set up in the room of choice and trash removed. Well these guys showed up, dropped off the table and told my husband and I that they "were too busy" to unbox the pre-assembled table. I loved this delivery service!! They called 30 minutes before arriving which gave me time to pick up after my kids. They build the sectional pretty fast and besides being very friendly they picked up after themselves which is great. I just moved in and we're catching up with trash soo again very important. Because I could not give no stars. Shawn the manager got to be the most idiotic person I got to talk to EVER. I Ordered a bed from Wayfair, paid surplus to have it delivered in the room of choice and set up. Now am alone, a female with a baby in tow. When the delivery time got set up it was for a certain time frame, went to do my half day of work, to be able to take off the PM for the delivery. While working, I got a call that my bed was on the way (1 hour earlier than the original set up time). I Had to ask them to come later in the time frame allotted even though the gentleman tried to push me to come earlier, and i said well I cannot. Finally got the time right and moved on, as they got here, the lead came to the location, and he straight refused to set up because my bed was in the way (mind you I was never told to move anything ahead, figured it would have been like other companies who ask you ahead or help you move things, I thought if they did not make it mandatory, they must do it as a courtesy), but noooo the delivery service team leader refused to assist or touch a thing based on liability (I get it,we are in a sue happy world), so we called Shawn the manager, I asked him about it, and he plained refused, wanting to reschedule it all until I empty the room (the VERY LARGE room only has a bed, a rug and a TV in it). I talked to him explained the situation, I am without help, the bed is heavy, can they help me and yes I release all liabilities, I even offered to do it in written, on the phone, with witness...Shawn stayed in his circle of opposition, I handed back the phone to the mover, went upstairs with the baby sweat it for 3 MN of backbending lifting, grunting and out to move the bed out of the way...went back to get the guys, to no one, they decided to leave...I rushed out, called them, then called/phoned them, the service man offered his penny coward excuse of oh no, I am coming back, we were just turning the truck around (Right!!!). So he comes back, to find out he just left his PAPERWORKS...he goes upstairs to check on the room, acts like he is going to the truck, get onto it and leaves... So now I shorten my work day for this, first time I am having issues with a courrier delivery, love Wayfair and their service (especially customer service, shout-out to Ryan wish I knew his last name) however I might have to stick with local furniture place who has their own delivery service. These crew is not professional, even if there are rules which I get, they could have communicated more effectively the day prior (or just plain communicated, the agent on the phone was very nice and clear however she forgot to mention an important piece: empty the room)...and for real as a human being to another would you truly refuse to help when asked considering that yes I was not going to do it for free, I do believe that we should tip movers (hard job)...so blue streak couriers, shame on you for being ackwards, nasty and to these particular delivery men with their manager you ought to be ashamed of yourselves. read more

This has got to be the most incompetent delivery company in the USA. They have call us 4 times claiming they are going to deliver our package on each day between a 4 hour window. They have only showed once, with the wrong package. Still 2 weeks later waiting on truck, no call 5 minutes left in their window. Have complained to Home Depot and will call the home office to complain to the highest rep that I can reach. The drivers arrived over an hour late. They called saying they'd be at house in 20 or 25 minutes so I rushed home from work, than waited 45 minutes, called both the their office and cell phones saying I had to go back to work. Left the house 15 minutes later. 5 or so minutes away from the house they called my cell saying they were at the house and most they could wait was 5 minutes for me to home. I talked them into waiting 10 minutes because I am not strong enough to carry a king size bed frame and two bed side up the stairs. So they were an hour later, no one returned my voicemail messages, I left work for over an hour, but they could only wait 5 minutes. Poor customer service. They promptly carry the enormous items up the stairs; were polite and friendly. read more

Outstanding delivery service! I had a NordicTrack treadmill delivered today and was told they would be here between 12-4pm and I would receive a phone call 30 minutes prior to arrival. I received a call at 12:29 and the arrived at 12:56. They had to carry a 400 lb treadmill upstairs to the master bedroom around a winding staircase and did it without touching a single wall! It took them only 10-15 minutes to have it completely set up and cleaned up. Rudy and Brian Sanchez are certainly Star Performers for Blue Streak and as polite as could be. I give this company my highest recommendation if you ever need anything moved because they strive to ensure the customer is satisfied. We had ordered something from Wayfair that was supposed to be delivered Thursday. They called us and said that it was raining and they were going to deliver for Friday. Friday came and no call. Saturday came and still no call. I called Wayfair to let them know and they said that they will call Blue Streak Couriers. Wayfair said they couldn't reach them. I went into the website and the website said they were open 24/7. I've been trying to call but no answer. Very poor customer service. If I can give this company less than 1 star I would. read more

I'm home everyday, all morning and evening. Only time I am not home is from 1-3pm. Blue streak only offered 12-4 delivery times for my area. I called after only receiving the 12-4 options via text to schedule delivery and also left 2 voicemails. No one returned my calls. Finally i called the company i purchased the items from and told them about the situation. So their customer service called and were able to get them on the phone. Blue Streak told me they don't offer any other times for my area even if I'm not available. All they could do was put a note that I'm not home until 3 but can't guarantee it. They ended up scheduling me for a Saturday 1-5 delivery time. Thankfully during the weekend someone is able to be home because my husband is here. But it still was during the same time frame. Which is frustrating. I've had many large items delivered by other companies and I've never had this issue. They were able to accommodate me easily. Wouldn't recommend if you don't have 24/7 availability. The delivery team was great. They called 30 minutes prior and brought everything in. They went above and even brought it upstairs for me (even though it was supposed to just be inside the entry). I'm 6 months pregnant so that helped a ton. They were quick and very nice. read more

Driver was to provide white glove service. What a joke! The bed arrived incomplete and they wanted to argue that we only ordered a headboard. When my wife pointed to the label on the side of the box that said 1 of 2 the employee decided to call dispatch. Five days have elapsed since and we still don't have our bed. Not only were they late, when i called to verify my time slot-"Amanda" was condescending and rude at best. The delivery driver informed me he was asked to go home as he had a fever and the flu. Once he came in to my home i requested him to wear a mask. He refused. I walked him through the issues with my sectional that was being replaced and asked him to make note of how it was set up to build the replacement he was delivering properly. They started to undo 1 box of my 2 box sectional in the street which bothered me as it's not clean nor sanitary. When they started to assemble it wrong i let him know where i was quickly told i was wrong as he continued wiping his nose and coughing. Of course they soon find out things were backwards where i then called their local office. I was done with the attitude at this point. Once on the phone with Sean, he acted like he would resolve this, but these guys WOULD NOT leave my house. Sean also promised he would pull a favor and ask someone to come after 5 pm to redeliver and assemble. The delivery driver at this time called in on another line and in front of me was saying he wasn't sick or wiping his nose and that i wasn't doing things right. (Despite pointing out the directions and actual set up i wa showing) By this time i wanted the delivery men out of my home. Things escalated. Sean promised to call me, ask a favor and again, reassured it would be redelivered and new men would be there to assemble. This did NOT happen. Way-fair called them, and were told that i voided a warranty by drilling holes on my own etc etc and at this time will no longer be working with me. This is not the case and a blatant lie. I have before and after pix! I tried calling them and sent to voicemail to confront them about this.... i blocked my number and got Sean. Good delivery but wasn't great on communication. I have delivery scheduled from 10-2, so I changed work schedule. I didn't get a confirmation for delivery from driver. After 2, no one showed up I called and my order hadn't been placed on delivery truck :-( no one called to inform me. This company needs to assess who they use for drivers. I spoke to Amanda yesterday who was helpful and polite. I asked her if There was any way the drivers could please take the huge boxes back with them, and she said "sure, no problem, I'll notate that" . There were 2 men who showed up today and when I asked them about being able to take the boxes , he said "No, because its not in the notes". These 2 "Lazy" guys acted like they couldn't be bothered. They brought in the 2 boxes , scraping my stucco walls as they came in, not giving a crap and laughing and speaking in Spanish the whole time . My Wayfair order was scheduled to be at my home between 10-2. At 11:20 I received a call that my delivery would be here in 20 minutes. Well 2 hours later still no delivery. I called Blue Streak and was informed that it was delivered at 11:48. Well needless to say not at my address was it delivered. To find out they left it at an address that wasnt even on my street or the same house number. They assumed it was the correct house. Being 107 degrees outside my son and I had to go search for a 200 pound grill that was delivered over 2 hours ago in Hopes nobody claimed it as theirs. Luckily we found it and had to figure out how we were going to place it in the car. Not happy with the incompetence of the drivers.
