If I could give Andrea 10 stars I would. Andrea has been instrumental in my ongoing recovery from…read moreGBS. She did a full and complete assessment and determined that I needed Dynasplints to stretch my elbows, wrists, and fingers. She successfully navigated my insurance requirements in order for me to have access to this equipment. Andrea wrote a thorough assessment justifying my need for continued OT services. She has gone above and beyond in providing OT services and has even shown others how to move my arms in order to speed my recovery. She communicates effectively with me and the people at my assisted living facility; always notifying me of any schedule changes. Andrea is friendly, funny, warm, smart, and gives direct feedback. I would whole-heartedly recommend her, without reservation, to anyone seeking an occupational therapist.

So the company found Andrea Bitar The company reached out to Andrea and we are very grateful. Andrea Bitar is a kind, very professional, knowledgeable. She has a great understanding of my 92 year old fathers needs. She watches and teaches my dad through zoom . She corrects him when he needs to adjust for his one shoulder, so he can continue to still workout without pain. My dad had had shoulder pain for awhile and with the exercise program she has given us is helping dad with his strength and how to do things with his arm, By adjusting how to position his arm to not irritate his shoulder condition, and teaching tools of how to Put on and off his clothes without pain I would highly recommend Andrea Bitar And definitely use her again !!!!

One of the Pat asst/aide always have the biggest smile.... maede. It does make a HUGE difference when you feel welcome. One thing to add, ai know front desk reps gets busy but can smile more & when greeting patients to actually look up not just say welcome but looking down. That's how employees greet at retail stores. Again, patients want to feel genuinely welcomed. Other than that, keep it up! Congrats you guys are moving to a bigger location, good area.

My 11-year-old son underwent double hip surgery in February and was referred to this facility by…read morehis surgeon for physical therapy. Throughout his treatment, we followed the clinic's policies exactly as they were explained to us. At our first appointment, we were informed that my son would attend therapy sessions independently while a parent or guardian remained in the waiting room. We were also told that an adult over the age of 18 would need to be present during evaluation appointments. My husband typically brought our son to his therapy sessions and waited in the lobby while our son completed treatment, and we never had any issues. Recently, the clinic moved to a new location. During our first visit at the new facility, my son had a scheduled evaluation appointment. My husband was unavailable that day, so I brought my son along with my two younger children, including my infant in a stroller. Because it was an evaluation appointment, I understood that I needed to accompany my son to the treatment area. When my son's name was called, I followed him to the back with my younger children. A staff member at the front desk immediately told me that I could not bring my children back there. I explained that my children were very young and that I could not leave them unattended in the waiting room. As I continued toward the treatment area, she repeated that I should not bring them and stated, "Next time, don't bring them." I approached her to clarify what she meant because I thought I may have misunderstood. She again stated that I should not bring my children to future appointments. I explained that I rarely attend these appointments because I am home caring for my younger children, that my husband normally brings our son, and that I was only present because this was an evaluation appointment requiring an adult to accompany him. I also explained that I had no one available to watch my children and could not leave an infant and young child alone in the waiting room. After the appointment, I spoke with another front desk employee regarding the interaction. Instead of addressing my concern, I was told that the reason the staff member said not to bring my children was because they could not directly tell me to hire a babysitter. I found this response extremely unprofessional and insensitive. Not every family has access to childcare, and suggesting that parents simply find a babysitter is not a reasonable solution. If this facility has a policy prohibiting children from accompanying a parent during evaluation appointments, that policy should be clearly communicated before appointments are scheduled. Families should be informed in advance so they can make other arrangements or seek care elsewhere if necessary. My concern is not about having rules or policies. It is about how the situation was handled. The interaction lacked professionalism, understanding, and basic courtesy toward a parent who was simply trying to comply with the clinic's requirements while caring for young children. Parents considering this facility should ask about its policies regarding children before scheduling appointments.
