Their website claims 25 flavors, and if you order more than one set of five, you can sample more than one. I went with ten wings: mild Buffalo and lemon pepper. Everyone recommended the lemon pepper wings. These are not a dry rub; they're a wet, glossy toss--and they are OUTSTANDING. I'm hooked. The Buffalo wings were on par with the best versions of the classic style. They provide celery sticks with blue cheese or ranch dressing--I chose blue cheese--and it was a great accompaniment.
