This is why it is important for business owners to train the people they hire about appropriate customer service because although the employees are not owners, they are representatives of the business. So business owners have to be careful about who they hire. Hmmmmm, how convenient for these new guests and inconvenient for us that we were not acknowledged until the employees felt compelled to share this ordering practice with a new group of patrons after we were already waiting. This cake was very poorly made and for ~$32, we were shocked to see we paid more for far less. I'm excessively disappointed and truthfully disgusted that this was passed off as an ice cream cake at an exorbitant price and even more disappointed that I received no contact back to help correct the situation.
