Always drove past this food truck in a lot on my way to & from Walmart & decided to check it out…read more Their options for chicken is very limited & they had a old woman on a very small grill outside the truck looking like they holding her hostage & she is cooking for her freedom (it's my attempt at a joke, calm down) I sent a picture of the menu to my wife & asked if she wanted anything & she said she had always wanted to check out the location. I ordered Tallarines Verdes Con Parillon Papa A La Huancaina, basically some pesto noodles with a cut of steak with cheese over Potato, it took about 25 minutes to prepare & a lot of people were picking up up food to go, place seems very popular with the neighborhood residents. Food came in a baking container & could possibly feed 3-4 ppl so at $22 , it seemed like a deal in terms of portion. My wife thoroughly enjoyed it but barely made a dent in the tray on the first sitting, I tasted the cheese & potato & it was delicious. My wife says she wants to try more items from this truck even though she hasn't eaten half of the tray after 3 days.

I want to give them all the stars for being named for a cat. The burger was relatively ordinary, but I don't want to judge them for what I made myself order. So I am going with 4 stars for now, and next time I run into these fine folks I will get a sampling of other menu options to re-judge for my discerning readers.

Skin-on Sabrett's always make for a delicious dirty water dog and this was the case today. The Chili/cheese dog was excellent...with a very nice tasting chili that isn't too sweet. I don't know what they do to their cooked onions, but my second dog was awesome as well-nice connection between the chili and the other toppings.
