Having once upon a time loved the magic that happened here, I have to update my review as that…read moresparkle has left the building. I was thrilled with my initial cut, but it all went downhill from there. The stylist who did the job no longer works at Claudia Curl, so my review had to change. The service at Claudia Curl isn't what you'd expect from a salon on Hope Street. Claudia herself isn't that warm or accommodating, and operates the shop with a 'not my problem' attitude. What the stylists do is their own business, and Claudia makes no exception to that, which you just cannot do in this industry. The fact that the cast of stylists is ever-revolving is a dead give-away. I wish there was a great retail section or stellar service I could recommend, but no such luck. Keep lookin', kids.
