However, my fiancé did say that it was a seamless process! The owner's wife even purchased a huge bouquet of roses and hid them in the sleigh and everything! The owners children even tagged along to make sure we got plenty of cell phone pictures and videos, which was greatly appreciated! Their land is stunningly beautiful and so peaceful under the moonlit sky with pen that of stars to see under the mountains! We followed the creek and ended at a cute nativity scene area where the horses could rest and we could warm our hands by the fire. Everyone was involved in the proposal and I didn't even realize it was happening but all of a sudden I had roses in my hand and my boyfriend on his knee! It was such a special moment and we had a blast talking with the family during the ride over to the creek! If you are looking for a PRIVATE family sleigh ride or a great place to propose or just enjoy the winter in utah, you have to give them a call and get your rides setup! i can't recommend them enough!!

They offered a curbside service in 2020 that was very popular but have discontinued that venture but reopened the beautiful upstairs dining room and bar, with a magnificent view of the Kamas Valley. As they start to emerge from the COVID crisis, the menu is still somewhat basic, and they do not appear to have a full-time chef or even much kitchen staff. I've only eaten lunch there, so it may be different in the evening. If you calibrate your expectations towards a beautiful place to sit and talk and eat bar food style fare, then you'll get that for which you went. I'd go more for the atmosphere than the food right now. They seem to be focused on catering events, for which they are wonderfully suited. They also appear to be just nursing the restaurant along, using the super friendly and engaged service staff for the double duty of cooking and serving and playing it safe until the economy supports more investment in their restaurant. We still go there when we're in the mood for what they offer. I hope to upgrade my rating as they restore their business back to its former state, which I fully expect. They seem to be good business people balancing keeping the doors open and not losing money so they have a healthy business to bring the full staff back to once sanity is restored.

It's the honor system. Love it. $1 (or donation) for a large cup of feed. Drop your dollars into the box and take your cups of feed. Or drop a couple of twenties. Hey, it's for the animals. If you haven't ever fed farm animals, keep your hand/fingers flat with a pile of feed in your palm. Don't stick up fingers or they'll be mistaken for carrots. So many animals to feed. Mini horses, Mini Donkeys, Mini Mules, Alpacas, Bunnies, Goats and more. And don't even think about leaving without scratching the pigs' backs. The owner is super friendly. Super nice. Super helpful.

They were out of French fries so my hamburger was served with cold mashed potatoes. I asked for well done and it was not even cooked much. I couldn't eat it, but I tried, thinking this is going to give me an upset stomach... and by that time my waitress was AOL. I waited half an hour, eating my mashed potatoes. Finally I waived down another waitress. She was also very nice. I showed her my hamburger and explained that I thought I had been forgotten. I was so hungry as I hadn't had breakfast and I really tried to eat it. Chewing carefully around the edges. But each bite was too close to the red meat. Everything was cold by now and I was disheartened. It is hard to go out to eat alone and to have a bad experience is even worse. She offered to recook it. But by then I wasn't feeling any appitite. I don't know what happened to my first waitress, I never saw her again. So I told the second waitress, no thank you, but I did enjoy the ice tea and water, and the friendly workers. I was not asked to pay but I would rather have paid and had something good to eat. Food lifts the spirits! I think the big problem is the cook, perhaps the waitress forgot to tell the to cook it well done. It wasn't even hot, just there, no freshness to anything on the plate, and the hamburger falling flat, spread out and not together anymore and the bun wrinkled and cold. So therefore the 4 star rating as the people were so nice, the place had possibilities. We always felt safe and we're allowed to have a lot of fun. Highly recommend this if you want a good snowmobiling adventure. Part of the fun was listening to Kenny's stories about complete idiots showing up drunk or smoking weed and then acting dumbfounded when they were not allowed to go snowmobiling. I guess you can't fix stupid!
