They are terrific (and what a pleasure to get to write a glowing review instead of a flame)! Not only did they print my scores according to my specifications, but the quality of the work was superb. Co-owner Steve gave me a tour of their extensive facilities, and they can print literally anything! Most of the staff has been there for over 20 years, which is a huge vote of confidence. Another project I discussed with Steve was their ability to print softcover books for me. I don't like to keep inventory, and most printers want to make a killing on small quantity jobs where they want to charge me MORE than what I can sell them for retail, which is an obvious non-starter. PCP can do small runs where I can make a reasonable margin, and it is great to find this kind of capability in a local firm - I usually have to find someone out of state. If that is what you are looking for Wendy and Laura are your team. If you are looking for something creative, innovation, or have your company stand out. Skip working with them and go to a more seasoned, and established firm. I would recommend looking at Sign zoo, or Sarasota wraps. If you choose to hire Wendy & Laura. START WITH ONE PROJECT and DO NOT let Wendy push you or any partners to work on all of them at once. Even if she seems sweet, and authentic in wanting to help you. For me I worked solely with Wendy and things seemed good and well as once I shared by project idea and was provided an estimate. She requested a 50% deposit to get started which seemed normal to me. After we had made a deposit on the enclosed trailer a week later the priced doubled. Apparently she made a mistake after discussing the project in person, taking the trailer to her, and reviewing details again over the phone. I should have taken this as insight on how this team runs their business. I worked on two passes with Laura via email and she didn't understand my vision. I spoke to Wendy about my considers and she set up a meeting for us to come on site. Lance and I spent 30-45 minutes explaining our branding, reviewing our website, and sharing photos with her. We hoped that she would get it. During our visit my husband shared that we have additional vehicles and a new showroom that we would like to have done. Wendy took the chance to upsell my husband on these projects. I expressed that I didn't want to do that yet Wendy assured me that we would be pleased with their work and she guaranteed our happiness. Two weeks later we received another missed design. Upon another call with Wendy I asked for some clarity and I shared I had a design I created that might help move us in the right direction. She took me up on my offer. I sent the designs over and another two weeks went by and upon the design it had errors and misalignments everywhere. It took four more proof to get the same "copy paste " design and several more weeks with the pressures of several more open projects. I got to a point that I couldn't be involved anymore because I was so overwhelmed that this design company couldn't create a design without me doing the designing. When my husband took over the project and shared our concerns about this almost finished project and wanting to work with another "designer.." Wendy took this extremely personal and told us that she will not be moving forward with any of the projects. Which in a way was a major relief. Until she sent an email over stating that we cannot get our full deposits back, that she would be charging us for proofs, and she needs us to sign off on paperwork. We were willing to negotiate with her on the pricing minus the design proofs that I provided to her. Which was unacceptable to her and then we met Gary via email. He was aggressive and unable to come to any concession. I am extremely disappointed in working with them and honestly cannot in good faith keep this experience to myself as $5,000 of undelivered work without refund. Even the small refund that that would bully someone into accepting could cause another small business to fail and shut down shop. I take full responsibility for hiring this company and I fully regret having to post this as it's embarrassing the situation we are currently in with them. The investment, time, energy, and communications has been very disappointing.
