Guess we shouldn't be surprised from a store openly supporting the Swindler in Chief. Last year, we…read morebought a very overpriced custom shirt whose decal fell off almost immediately after wearing it the first time a few days later. But today, while there, we found some hard to find Labubu boxes. Say what? But I noticed they were all taped shut with masking tape. Turns out, my inclination to be skeptical was right. The boxes were real, but the packages inside were FAKES. Unabashed fakes. Being sold for more than retail. Eyes were bulged. Heads were extremely lopsided. Hands were upside down. Tags had misprints in the name. When we asked the young girl behind the register, she admitted that they only bought the bags and then put them in the real boxes. So... all but admitted to selling fakes. And yup, no refunds/returns. Helpful. Sell sham stuff then conveniently have no refunds/returns. This store knowingly bought fakes, likely Lafufus, to sell them in legitimate PopMart boxes at full price. We wont shop here again. Zero integrity. FULL Intent to swindle. Never again.

Both he and Brian (shop owner) expected us to be experts on sign creation, which we thought was their job. Once the mistake was uncovered rather than helping us, they became arrogant and hostile. Best team to work with, Peter, Gordon and Theresa! As the contact person for a small nonprofit, I…read morecame into an ongoing project with 18 different signs needed. Peter spent time on the phone patiently explaining the options for us. Sustainability, essentially zero environmental impact, UV inks (plus another layer to help with UV/vandalism prevention), and full recyclability are paramount to us. Also, since this was to be an exterior installation, he told me which direction was best to face these signs (N or E, rather than the current S for all the old ones!) His quote came in about $200 less than the company we've used in the past. I had three sets of previous PDFs that I had to use, which turned out to have several small mistakes with the potential for large negative consequences. Gordon helped me get the PDFs uploaded. And Theresa and I spent time going over each proof one at time to get everything "right". After a few glitches and a steep learning curve, the signs came out perfectly marked and corrected. I don't have any pics, yet. Staff is getting ready to install the signs.

These guys are the real deal!…read more I needed to have some musical scores printed, and I went through three other printers who were unable to do the job until I found this company. They are terrific (and what a pleasure to get to write a glowing review instead of a flame)! Not only did they print my scores according to my specifications, but the quality of the work was superb. Co-owner Steve gave me a tour of their extensive facilities, and they can print literally anything! Most of the staff has been there for over 20 years, which is a huge vote of confidence. Another project I discussed with Steve was their ability to print softcover books for me. I don't like to keep inventory, and most printers want to make a killing on small quantity jobs where they want to charge me MORE than what I can sell them for retail, which is an obvious non-starter. PCP can do small runs where I can make a reasonable margin, and it is great to find this kind of capability in a local firm - I usually have to find someone out of state. Check out the photos of my scores - absolutely beautiful work at fair market rates.

Print My T's Team,…read more I want to let you know how much I appreciated doing business with you all. Paul handled my order from beginning through final billing and I couldn't be happier with how personable he is, his professionalism, and his unfailing promptness. I never had a single phone call or e-mail that wasn't answered within half a day, most within minutes. Your team even went the extra step of offering 50% color saturation for one of the colors in order to save us some money which we opted not to do. Why should we when your printings are so competitively priced? The final product was flawlessly done exactly as we had wanted them and the quality and color saturation was just as it should be. When I went to pick up the order, it was carried out to my car for me, I believe, by the owner himself! Not surprising since his company's quality of work and excellent customer service attest to his being a hands-on and conscientious owner. There had been a change in my original order and therefor a slight glitch in our favor on the final invoice. When we called to let you know, Amber rectified the oversight over our expectations quickly and gracefully. Of course, Paul even followed up on that to ensure that it was taken care of and to our satisfaction! Overall, by far the best customer experience I have had in years from either small local businesses or large national corporations. As a small local business, we like to utilize other small local businesses when able. I am so glad that we do, since that led us to you! We will certainly be using your services in future and recommending you to any who ask!!! Best Google Search result ever!!! Thank you again!!! Office of JHM Construction
