Wonderful family owned and operated shop…read more At my muggle job, I had to have two shirts embroidered for myself and my office manager with our company logo. We attend job fairs and events quite often, and wanted to do something fun to make us stand out a bit more. I researched a few embroidery places, but I ended up going with Direct because of their quick response time and their promptness in answering all of my questions. I went back and forth via email for a bit with Christina, and then physically went into the shop to look and feel the shirts in person. We placed our order this past Thursday, and our shirts were ready today (Tuesday). They came out great and were reasonably priced for the quality and the turnaround time. Thank you to Christina and Direct Embroidery for all of your help!

In fact, they will be printing t-shirts for a prayer ministry event in May. Thanks for speedy response time and excellent service quality. Print My T's Team,…read more I want to let you know how much I appreciated doing business with you all. Paul handled my order from beginning through final billing and I couldn't be happier with how personable he is, his professionalism, and his unfailing promptness. I never had a single phone call or e-mail that wasn't answered within half a day, most within minutes. Your team even went the extra step of offering 50% color saturation for one of the colors in order to save us some money which we opted not to do. Why should we when your printings are so competitively priced? The final product was flawlessly done exactly as we had wanted them and the quality and color saturation was just as it should be. When I went to pick up the order, it was carried out to my car for me, I believe, by the owner himself! Not surprising since his company's quality of work and excellent customer service attest to his being a hands-on and conscientious owner. There had been a change in my original order and therefor a slight glitch in our favor on the final invoice. When we called to let you know, Amber rectified the oversight over our expectations quickly and gracefully. Of course, Paul even followed up on that to ensure that it was taken care of and to our satisfaction! Overall, by far the best customer experience I have had in years from either small local businesses or large national corporations. As a small local business, we like to utilize other small local businesses when able. I am so glad that we do, since that led us to you! We will certainly be using your services in future and recommending you to any who ask!!! Best Google Search result ever!!! Thank you again!!! Office of JHM Construction

These guys are the real deal!…read more I needed to have some musical scores printed, and I went through three other printers who were unable to do the job until I found this company. They are terrific (and what a pleasure to get to write a glowing review instead of a flame)! Not only did they print my scores according to my specifications, but the quality of the work was superb. Co-owner Steve gave me a tour of their extensive facilities, and they can print literally anything! Most of the staff has been there for over 20 years, which is a huge vote of confidence. Another project I discussed with Steve was their ability to print softcover books for me. I don't like to keep inventory, and most printers want to make a killing on small quantity jobs where they want to charge me MORE than what I can sell them for retail, which is an obvious non-starter. PCP can do small runs where I can make a reasonable margin, and it is great to find this kind of capability in a local firm - I usually have to find someone out of state. Check out the photos of my scores - absolutely beautiful work at fair market rates.
