First off, you don't have to be into quilting or in the market to buy a quilt to shop here. While their selection of quilts and quilt tops is impressive, they also carry handmade totes, bibs, clothing and a glorious selection of fabric and sewing accessories. Visits here always give me new ideas (since I do love to sew and am an avid quilter). The fabrics here are varied and of excellent quality. Prices are very reasonable and service was attentive and helpful. You won't see any long arm sewing machines here. Quilts and other items are sewn by hand - make sure you stop and watch the current quilt laid out on a rack as it is meticulously stitched. Really take a good look at the fabrics they have to offer, for many designs and prints were stunning and in patterns I've never seen before. Many fat quarters priced at $3.25 each (some in a bundle of 9 or 10 at a price of $27). While I made no purchase during my first visit, this time I couldn't resist. Beautiful things to see and buy here. Probably one of the nicest quilt shops I have ever been to.

The lengths are uneven and look terrible. The "owner" responded and stands by their POOR work. They wouldn't even take the time to look at it. They said if we wanted to correct it we should go hire someone to do the work right. They do NOT do custom work, they do poor quality work. Now we know why they require 100% payment upfront. They take the money and run. You have no recourse for poor quality work and not getting what you paid for.......

Per Colleen, it would take about 10 weeks, which was not great but acceptable. We are now at week 14 (end of Feb.), and not a word. No customer service. I have inquired twice. Got a 14 week response in early January, but no follow-up. Emailed this week, and "crickets". Now I have to call. Very disappointing for what I thought was a reputable company that provided high quality window treatments and upscale customer service. You wonder why brick and mortar stores go out of business and this one deserves to. I guess once they have your money (100% pre-payment for special orders), they don't care anymore.

After taking one chair in to show as an example, we dropped off the chairs and they were covered within the timeline agreed and were gorgeous when completed. Aiden was able to assess that the chairs needed additional padding and he made sure the fabric pattern was aligned perfectly. We couldn't be happier. The team there are so nice and absolutely talented. If you get to see the range in style of furniture they work on, the talent in care, detail, and focus to complete the projects is astounding. Modern, antique, indoor, outdoor, and pillows! We're truly fortunate to have found this place so close to home. You can choose your own fabric, they provide fabric samples as well. One place we went to required us to buy fabric from their vendors, while another couldn't commit to a timeline. Aiden was able to let us know how much fabric we needed and told us up front how long the project would take. Four weeks was all for the chairs and stools, and they were done two days earlier.
