They came on a Sunday to look at the job, I had an item by item estimate by Monday night and they started on the job a week later. I highly recommend this company as they did all they promised and more, and most importantly I was left feeling happy that I made the right decision to engage them. They are amazing and no job is too small or too difficult, they know what they are doing....and do it always with a smile. Other estimates were higher, the people did not show up to keep an appointment with me to see the job, or promised to start on a certain date and then had excuses for not getting to the job. I will continue to have them back to do all the jobs my late husband used to do in our home and I feel very fortunate to have made this connection.

Came back this year to celebrate the holidays at UTC. We…read moredecided to watch and Holiday movie under the stars which was how the Grinch stole Christmas. Parking was a bit tricky we had to park on the opposite side and walk over. And then, of course it took some time to find a spot on the grass to sit and watch the movie. We got there a little before the movie started so if you plan to go just get there early for better seating. The quality of the movie was good and so was the audio. We decided to get pizza from blaze for dinner to enjoy while we watched the movie. It was a really good time. After the movie was over, we brought all our stuff back to the car and walked around a bit to check out the Christmas trees and also view the Christmas lights. They do such a fantastic job every year it gets better and better.

We had a number of projects we wanted to be done. Stan and his crew showed us there was no limit to their skills or enthusiasm to take on these projects one of which was complicated and required design and more skills than your average workers. It turned out beautifully. His crew did a great job painting and offering ideas that really helped us. Often when you hire skilled workers you rarely find them to be as willing to help as Stan's crew. The cost of their services is very reasonable and competitive. We strongly recommend contacting Stan you will be very happy you did!

I hired Millers Maintenance Group to repair a small section of soffit. The quote was $70 but I was…read moreoffered the repair and a power wash of the house for $200, which I accepted and paid for. Never was I given a written estimate for any of the work. The soffit not only was not repaired, it was made worse by the power washing, which also dislodged a small panel near the damaged soffit area. I then received an invoice/receipt for $175 for the power washing. I was then told that several soffit panels needed replacing and the cost would be an additional $100 because the material had to be gotten from a supplier in Bradenton and there was travel time and fuel costs involved. Yet the material was readily available at the Home Depot less than a mile from my house. I let Millers go and said I would post a negative review on Yelp. The response from Miller was to threaten a lawsuit of I posted a negative review. Avoid this firm.
