Wouldn't be a problem, but that means that I cannot use the app to get them to do the follow up sprays as indicated on my contract. Instead I have to call in and verbally tell them I need it. Called in, told them, I requested 1 day for exterior and a separate for interior. Got a message that the second request was cancelled because I need to call in again. Mind you, you pay by the quarter and follow ups are included regardless of the amount of times needed, yet because I asked about policy, they decided to make it as difficult as possible to have the service I already paid for completed.
