What a wonderful time we had! I used Blue Label to celebrate my best friend 40th birthday and what a great time we had. We got to tour wine county and drink and enjoy ourselves and not worry about driving. We had a blast! The van or party bus was super comfortable wasn't too big or too small but just enough for us to feel A bit of luxury for the day. I booked a car for my Executive for a trip he had in Napa, after requesting information and speaking with them through email they required a deposit to which I paid immediately. The day of the trip, I was emailed several times about paying the invoice, this is an hourly rate and the trip was not even half way through when this contact was started thus I stated it would be paid at the end of the trip. Originally, this was set up for two days and we cancelled the second, a fee for that was immediately paid as well, then another email about the remaining invoice. This was paid at the completion of the day's services and ANOTHER email stating they hadn't received payment to which I sent the receipt that it had. I don't understand how a service meant to be discreet, calm and seamless is so messy but we certainly will not be utilizing them in the future. read more

They quoted us on that date, and then today (day before the driver was supposed to pick us up) they added random fees onto our invoice that were not included on the quote. The owner said this was standard. I told him he can't charge what wasn't quoted. He is refusing to pay my deposit back. BEWARE! This company is a complete scam. read more

Booked this company for a wine tour in Napa with friends. Had an awesome experience Driver was professional, patience, and a nice funny guy. Car was perfectly maintained and still spacious for our group of 6. They also give a bottle of champagne for our booking. After our trip the owner personally gave us a call asking if we were satisfy with their service. I would definitely come back and book them next time for any of our future trip. We booked a sprinter van service months in advance. We emailed one week prior to our booking to confirm the schedule, and the next day received an email saying our booking was cancelled for no reason. We tried calling and emailed multiple times to figure out what happened, and if we could re-schedule, but they never answered us. Finally, we decided to call from a different phone number, and they picked up immediately. They said they had cancelled because there had been an accident and they had no buses left. That's an understandable reason, but seems extremely shady that they refused to answer our phone calls or emails from the number/email we used for the booking, but had no problem answering from a different phone number. Shady service. Unreliable. Wouldn't recommend unless you want to scramble at the last minute for different service. read more

This place is very unprofessional! ! I called him back on April 12th to make sure he was available before I bought the Groupon they were promoting. He assured me I was booked and to send him a e mail with the booking information. Which I did as soon as we hung up the phone. He never responded to the email so weekly I would call and ask if I was on the schedule and to please send me a confirmation e mail back so I can let him know where to pick up. Every time I called he said I was on the books and he would send it over in 5 minutes. It is now May 6th and my event is on May 10th. After unanswered phone calls and texts He now says he never spoke to me, and he is booked and hung up on my face. Terrible terrible customer service! And should not be allowed to promote! He has now ruined my birthday with 14 people who flew in from out of state to join me for my special day. Please don't book him!! read more
