Great restaurant. Food is wonderful and the ambience is on point. Service has a great southern charm.

I absolutely LOVE this place. The food is excellent, (dare I say I may have almost had everything on the menu). lol. Chef Elon is such a wonderful asset, a wonderful person, and takes true pride in the quality of the menu. The owner, and the staff are incredibly sweet, professional, and accommodating. Favorite time to go here is Sunday brunch! Keep up the wonderful customer service and delicious yummies. Love you all! read more

Best food in Benton to say the least! Our waiter was great and made sure we were taken care of. We will definitely be back in the near future. Great little hidden gem for Benton! read more

Streamlined but delicious menu for dinner with something for everyone. For appetizers, we tried pretzel bites and fried green tomatoes; although the off menu specials sounded amazing. The kids menu has traditional favorites Kraft Mac and cheese, mini corn dogs, burger sliders and chicken fingers, all are served with fries or chips (made in house look) and blue bell ice cream! We had steak and coconut shrimp with orange marmalade. There was a nice array of adult beverages on the drink menu. All we tried was amazing! The service was nice too: we called ahead and they accommodated our group quickly. Our kids were more than entertained with the large coloring pages and variety of crayons. This will definitely be a place to visit again when in the Benton area. read more

The outside is beautiful...but that is about it. The food is awful: the eggs were absolutely awful, not sure why they were setting in water! The hashbrowns were burned! The biscuit dippers were yuck and obviously came from canned biscuit dough. The service is nonexistent, never had a refill despite asking many times. Would not ever waste money to eat here again!! read more

This Place is always closed! My husband and I walked in their because we wanted to try something new and they said they ran out of food?!? How can a restaurant run out of food on a Friday night?! Recommend you not to go because they RUN OUT of FOOD! read more

Good food. Friendly staff. Good service. But the outside dining is outstanding. We will be back.

When it's nice outside this is my first pick to enjoy the weather and have a nice meal. I usually sit under the back porch next to the fire place and sofas. I'll usually order some shrimp or a burger with a salad. Each time it was really good. I've not been lucky enough to be there when the outdoor bar was opened but it was still enjoyable to be outside among all the beautiful landscaping and games. read more

It's a place that some may like but not my cup of tea. It was crowded and loud. Pricey and eclectic menu choices.

Great food, great atmosphere, you can eat inside or outside by the fire place and have an awesome dining experience. Their club sandwich is so good, packed high with meat, its larger than a regular sandwich, they make all of their bread. It made me 4 meals, LOL read more

Food was outstanding and service was quick and professional. I had the Reuben and salad: awesome! My wife had the chopped sirloin and she loved it! read more

Managing is awful. Servers seemed really stressed out because of how mean and hateful the managers are.

We love the food, the service, and the ambiance. There is also a very quaint courtyard.

Greeted by an older lady (I think she was the owner) who was very rude when we told her we did not have a reservation. We later heard her belittling an employee where we, and other customers, could hear her! The manager seemed like she hated her job and the customers. Expensive menu prices do not equal class. This is definitely NOT a classy place! Would not recommend. read more

Dined on my birthday... twice baked potato was dry and cheese was hard on top so it was obvious it had been reheated several times.. my fiancé had red snapper and it was dry., we don't send food back. Asked for signature dessert and they were out.. think it was carrot cake?? Server never asked if we were satisfied... so we are done. read more

My mom and I tried this place for the first time recently. The highway construction made it a little tricky to get to but well had the worth the drive. I had coconut shrimp, which was amazing with the twice baked potato. My mom had the steak wedge salad, which she also enjoyed. We also had the coffee with an add in of the five farms Irish cream and coffee with amaretto. Those were also amazing. The rolls were hot, soft and very fresh. We will definitely be back to try more items on the menu! read more

My husband and I decided to go to Blue Heaven for dinner tonight. We have been for brunch a handful of times and always enjoyed it. We got there shortly after they opened thinking we would beat any crowds. When we walked in, we were asked if we had a reservation, which we didn't, and were told that due to holiday parties they were full except for the bar. We decided to sit at the bar. The bartender was friendly and explained the specials and took our orders. Our appetizer, the fried avocado, came out quickly. As we were eating our appetizer, the same lady that explained they didn't have any available seats (I believe the owner or manager possibly) came up to us and let us know they had a no-show and asked if we would like a regular table to enjoy our date. Our food arrived quickly and was all delicious. My husband got the ribeye and crab legs. I got the Cajun fish and shrimp in a cream sauce. The bartender, Kevin, continued to check on us. It was an overall wonderful experience, and we will be back. Oh, and they give military, first responder, and even teacher discounts! If you haven't already, give them a try. read more

Short summary - One of the worst dining experiences we've had in a very long time. Long summary - Where do I begin??? It was Valentine's Day, so I am taking this into account with my review. We arrived a few minutes before our reservation and waited a little bit for our table to become available, since it was Valentine's Day and the restaurant was busy, as expected. Once we are seated, it is no less than 15 minutes before a server even acknowledged our presence (we were getting ready to leave right before that point). So... not off to a great start. I should mention that we were seated at what has to be the worst table in the restaurant. It is located next to the bar in somewhat of a side room, so you might think it would be a little more secluded/romantic, but you would be wrong. The bar itself was full and extremely loud. Plus, we had the "pleasure" of sitting next to a group who are friends of the bartender and other staff. They were very loud in their own right, yelling at the bartender when they wanted a drink, and were obviously getting more service than other patrons in the restaurant. It also didn't help that one of the women in that party was vaping at the table (what made it more comical was the sign outside that says "no smoking/vaping within 25 feet of the restaurant"). In addition, we had the bartender's son sitting on a bench right next to us with his phone on full blast watching videos/games. I understand that sometimes you have to bring your kid to work, but either put them elsewhere or more appropriately, don't put a table in that part of the restaurant. It was an acceptable wait for our food to be prepared. However, I made the mistake of ordering the Marry Me Chicken. While some might enjoy the taste of the chicken/sauce, it lacked flavor to me. That, and the fact that they chose to use minute rice showed how poor of a dish this is. Seriously, (bland) minute rice? My wife ordered the filet, which was decent. The accompanying sides were serviceable, but average at best. At this point we were ready to just get out of there. I hope the other customers had a decent outing for Valentine's, but it was a terrible experience for us. I cannot recommend this place based on our night. read more

We finally came here for my birthday. We heard how great it was. I got the fish and it was pretty good. The side salad was lacking. It was lettuce a few grape tomatoes and cheese. I ordered a shot of Patron to celebrate and it came out warm, no salt, no lime. I looked at the bar to see who the bartender was. Normally a bartender wouldn't serve it this way. He looked about 18. (I know he wasn't) My husband took it back and asked for a proper shot of Patron. He took the shot mixed it with a full shaker of ice and poured the now watered down patron in a cup, sprinkled salt on it and put a lime in the drink?? Isn't this supposed to be a nice restaurant? By the way the bartender was very mad about his shot of $12.50 warm Patron was returned. I mentioned it to the owner and she made an extremely rude comment. The customer is definitely NOT always right here!! I will never be back. Also I don't like vacuuming next to me while I'm eating. read more

One of my favorite places to stop on my commute between Little Rock and Hot Springs. Great food, great atmosphere, great service!!

Pros: Beautiful building, looks like a fun atmosphere, very impressive outdoor area. Food was good, but very pricey. Cons: Waiter was inattentive to our party of 8, apps came out 20 mins afeter ordering, they were not worth the price portion-wise. After food came out, 40 minutes after ordering, my wife's dish was wrong, so we sent it back...20 minutes later, it came back out, meat was great, sides were cold. We were done eating, fresh sides never came out. Asked the waiter to comp hers, since she was unable to eat a complete, hot meal, both he and the owner/manager threw a fit, she said he was her best waiter, as if somehow it was our fault that he was inattentive and possibly high or drunk. Ridiculous way to treat customers, Hope they can recoup their investment before running off more customers. We live fairly close by and were willing and ready to make it a regular on our list, but not now. Terrible management, will not go back and will strongly discourage anyone else from visiting. You can get good food at much more reasonable prices without having to put up with this kind of treatment. Don't waste your time or money. read more

This place is amazing! Staff is always very friendly and accommodating. The food is incredible. The seared ahi tuna appetizer is really something special. Both the ribeye and the tenderloin steaks are top notch! Very fresh clean atmosphere inside and the outdoor area is really something special. With baggo area fire pits and plenty of casual seating this "patio" is unlike anywhere you've ever been. read more

For the first time we went to Blue Heaven. We had a party of 6. We were seated at two round tables, so the two people at the ends were too far away from each other to talk to one another. We were outside under a metal roof, which made the volume even higher. There were two large parties in our area. One party was very loud. The service was good. The waitress brought my husband the wrong entree. Then she brought him the correct entree. He had ordered fish. It was so hard he could hardly cut it with a knife. Finally, she brought him the correct entree that was cooked to perfection and delicious. Our waitress did revise our bill because of the mix up on his entree. We didn't ask her to do that, she offered. I will give it one more chance, but not on a Saturday night, when it is so busy. read more

Don't go unless you enjoy your steaks cooked to perfection, friendly service and the most beautiful outdoor seating in Central Arkansas.

I am visiting from out of town and was delighted to visit this restaurant. My friends and I were so impressed with the hostess. She was very professional which has become the exception, not the rule after Covid. Imagine my surprise to hear someone yelling at the employees. I specifically heard her tell these teenagers that were working so hard that she was going to "beat their f******g legs off" ( her EXACT WORDS)!!! I can not imagine what they could have possibly done to deserve such talk from a GROWN UP. Shame on her. I will never darken this door again and I can't wait to tell EVERYONE I know. I can't even review the food because the atmosphere ruined it all. read more

Dinner menu has been reduced from what they show online. No baskets, no pork chop, the burger is now two 4 oz patty's rather than an 8 oz, not as good. Only sandwich choice was the burger. Liked on previous visits but won't be back. read more

Amazing food and somehow quick service as well. Usually it's an either or. The boiled shrimp were huge. The ribeye was favored so well and tender, the duck was crisp and juicy, the Mahi was perfectly cooked. Everything about the food was amazing. The Bloody Mary was great. Tiffany was a great server. She is defiantly the face you want for your company. She was sweet, fast, and got everything correct. The waitress Even the bathroom had high quality hand towels and Kleenex. Will definitely be back. read more

My friends and I went there for brunch and it was delicious. The place is cute and it has outside sitting as well.

Wonderful food and service every time we have been. The ambience is great and it is such a fun place!

My husband and I went here for the first time last night. It was really good. We both had the triple crown, which was their dinner special with a 6 ounce fillet crabcake and shrimp with a light cream sauce on top served with baked potato, his was twice baked and asparagus. We both had a salad that came with it as well with homemade ranch and the ranch was excellent as I am a ranch snob. Both of our steaks were cooked to perfection when it comes to medium rare. I think the only negative things would be that the food needed a little more seasoning such as salt. Now this is my taste or opinion. I use salt, not overly heavy, but actually had to put quite a bit on it. The other thing was the shrimp had that chlorine or iodine-ish aftertaste, so I didn't care for that. and I know that is not the restaurants fault per se because it depends on where the shrimp is caught and how it is preserved before ever getting to a restaurant and it's just some thing I don't care for. I completely forgot about taking a picture of the food before I started eating but because my baked potato was piping hot and soft all the way through I was super excited because a lot of restaurants for some reason cannot make a simple baked potato; they nailed it. We took home coconut cream pie and chocolate cream pie for dessert. Our waitress Tiffany was super sweet and very efficient. I think I did however, blow her mind when she told me about the coconut cream pie and the chocolate cream pie. I asked her if they had calf slobbers or whipped cream on them. I had to explain to her what calf slobbers were in for those of you that don't know it's just a slang for meringue. We all had a good laugh over that. We will definitely return to the restaurant and try other dishes. I did read reviews prior to going and I was staying non-biased. Some of the reviews stated the food was overpriced but in my opinion because it was good really good it was worth it. Even though I had two negatives I'm still gonna give this place a five because they did deserve it. read more
