Upon getting to the register to check out, we found that the sewer fittings were miss marked and we really were getting a super duper discount. They said their mistake was our gain and they honored the marked down price for our purchase. Not too many store are willing to look a decimal place off on the price and still give you a smile while ringing you up. I had to hand it to the clerk that she was very professional and friendly to deal with. Thanks to her, we had a great visit and will continue to shop at Camping World in the future.

Was never removed from the package. Return to the store and they were able to pull up my purchase in the computer. No issue. However refused to give me anything but a gift card because I didn't have the paper receipt. I specifically asked if I could use the receipt in the computer. Was told no problem. No thank you. We had to reschedule a few times due to life and Jamie was extremely patient with us. We finally met on Friday and did a complete walkthrough of the Wayfinder Go Explorer LTD. Jamie went over finance options with us and told us the camper would be ready for pickup the following day. The quickest experience I have ever had purchasing anything of this size. Jamie wasn't pushing us to purchase anything or get into something we weren't comfortable with. The following day we finalized the financing and were given a complete overview by Ryan. He explained every component on our new camper and adjusted the weight distribution hitch on our truck.

Roadside assistance indicated it would take HOURS to help us -- we would miss the scheduled appointments in town if we waited, so we had a nearby gas station replace the tire.  BEWARE: apparently that is somewhere in the fine-print that it voids your warranty contract so Budget will not reimburse a dime of these expenses. Since it was a light-truck tire, this was an additional $470 lesson we learned the hard way! The lesson? There is a reason they pressure you to get their coverage!

We pulled over to Loves Fuel depot on I-25 and they recommended Grabers Diesel Repair. The Graber team removed the tire, the metal, and used a repair plug but the hole diameter was too large so they installed the spare tire. Then they called several tire shops in Cheyenne and found a Firestone tire shop which was open. All in all, Grabers' spent over an hour with us and didn't charge for their time and materials. We are truly blessed by their kindness and support. I strongly recommend anyone in need of support to visit Grabers Diesel Repair. Barry

Graber mechanic inspected pads and rotors then called me to say I did not need to replace anything, I must have picked up some road dust, maybe while driving through New Mexico and Texas, but anyway they saved me $1500. The courtesy inspection they perform that is included with oil/filter change is very thorough. Antifreeze topped off, brake fluid topped off, transition fluid inspected, rear differential found pinion leak, topped off, took nearly three quarts of fluid. Also check all running lights, plus lube job So gratefully for the Graber team helping us put while on an extended rv trip.

We bought our trailer at CMRV and had a great time all around. On our first trip, we had an issue with a water line, which CMRV fixed for us (warranty work) immediately. We have been back for winterizing, summerizing, and a random repair. The folks there have always been friendly, accommodating, and professional with us. I will add that when I take my trailer in, I plan on coming back for it. I know they are busy and don't have a large staff. That said, my winterizing/summerizing has always been same day service. I really like the people at CMRV and I highly recommend them!
