K's Trailer Parts & Service were lifesavers when the leaf spring on our fifth wheel broke while traveling through Cheyenne. They went above and beyond to help us while also charging a fair price for their quality work. We had expected a bill of at least double the charge, and actually possibly even triple given that it was during Frontier Days, many repair shops would have gouged us because we really had no other options. I would give them a 10 on this five star scale if I could and would absolutely encourage anyone to use their services. They were also the friendliest group of people that I've encountered in a work environment.

They go above and beyond in customer service! Have never experienced such a level of service and friendliness like at this place!!!! Their coffee machine was down and one of the service girls insisted on going to go get me coffee. She would not take no for an answer, got in her car and took off to a nearby place to grab me coffee. Then she would not accept payment for it. I was in AWE and so grateful because I do get headaches if I don't get my caffeine in the morning (which I hadn't, due to the distractions with our rv). I asked what answer they were looking for, I was told that pictures were sent of damage, when I asked what damage there no explanation was provided just that PACCAR has to provide direction. The quality and installation went perfect at the schedule time. A few weeks later Steve called and asked if i was happy with the topper. I told him I was. Steve said that Ranch toppers called and had another new topper that might fit my truck even better. A week later I had the new topper on my truck and it did fit my truck perfectly. All was done at no charge to me. They could have just let it all go, but the whole crew at D&E is very helpful and concerned. You do not get this type of service from other dealers. The price was so great, I even grabbed 2 of them. We had a credit to use from our membership so we added a few more items to our cart to make sure to get the biggest bang for our buck. Upon getting to the register to check out, we found that the sewer fittings were miss marked and we really were getting a super duper discount. They said their mistake was our gain and they honored the marked down price for our purchase. Not too many store are willing to look a decimal place off on the price and still give you a smile while ringing you up. I had to hand it to the clerk that she was very professional and friendly to deal with. Thanks to her, we had a great visit and will continue to shop at Camping World in the future.

I didn't go for it I turned them into my insurance company and it makes me wonder how many insurance companies they screwed by doing this? they tried to have me sign a paper before they would let me pick up my trailer and basically on the paper it says they did the work and are charging the insurance company, I refused to sign. just think how many people signed it? nope never doing business with them. The manager/boss tries to blame his employees for these things. he doesn't know how to run this store. hmm maybe that's why they're closing.

So I fueled my Freightliner in Laramie, WY late in the afternoon last July... and as soon as I…read morepulled back onto I-80 (east), my truck derated to 55mph. I knew there was a Floyd's Truck Center in Cheyenne, so I called their service department and I talked to Andy. Andy told me they'd get my truck diagnosed as soon as they could... but that it would probably be the following afternoon, as they had a few trucks ahead of me. I arrived at Floyd's a couple hours before closing time and Andy got my truck checked in. I was able to sleep in my truck that night (so glad I didn't have to spend money on a hotel). The next morning at 7:00am Floyd's began diagnosing my truck (sooner than I expected!) I walked across the road to the drivers lounge and did a load of laundry and started watching the movie Castaway. Before the movie ended I got a call from the service desk informing me that my Freightliner was ready to roll. Floyd's had my truck diagnosed and road-ready within 3 hours!! Unbelievable! And the price was VERY reasonable. Thank you Andy and crew!
