NOT TO MENTION they were a month behind on repairs but still committed to at least take a look at our issue to see if it was a simple fix so they could help us. THATS customer service! They go above and beyond in customer service! Have never experienced such a level of service and friendliness like at this place!!!! Their coffee machine was down and one of the service girls insisted on going to go get me coffee. She would not take no for an answer, got in her car and took off to a nearby place to grab me coffee. Then she would not accept payment for it. I was in AWE and so grateful because I do get headaches if I don't get my caffeine in the morning (which I hadn't, due to the distractions with our rv). No one can answer questions on how long it will take, they are saying it is a PACCAR issue and they are waiting for direction. I asked what answer they were looking for, I was told that pictures were sent of damage, when I asked what damage there no explanation was provided just that PACCAR has to provide direction. Delays and not seeing any light at the end of the tunnel. 6 weeks of payments and no one can provide any real updates. Darin

The quality and installation went perfect at the schedule time. A few weeks later Steve called and asked if i was happy with the topper. I told him I was. Steve said that Ranch toppers called and had another new topper that might fit my truck even better. A week later I had the new topper on my truck and it did fit my truck perfectly. All was done at no charge to me. They could have just let it all go, but the whole crew at D&E is very helpful and concerned. You do not get this type of service from other dealers. We needed something for our RV and decided to check out this location to see if they had it. While…read morewe were there, I found a great deal that I couldn't pass up on a sewer fitting. The price was so great, I even grabbed 2 of them. We had a credit to use from our membership so we added a few more items to our cart to make sure to get the biggest bang for our buck. Upon getting to the register to check out, we found that the sewer fittings were miss marked and we really were getting a super duper discount. They said their mistake was our gain and they honored the marked down price for our purchase. Not too many store are willing to look a decimal place off on the price and still give you a smile while ringing you up. I had to hand it to the clerk that she was very professional and friendly to deal with. Thanks to her, we had a great visit and will continue to shop at Camping World in the future.

Purchased an electrical adapter for my rv, was told my recept was saved in the computer. Long…read morestory short I lost the paper copy. Ended up not needing the adapter. Was never removed from the package. Return to the store and they were able to pull up my purchase in the computer. No issue. However refused to give me anything but a gift card because I didn't have the paper receipt. I specifically asked if I could use the receipt in the computer. Was told no problem. No thank you. I guess a $20 adapter was a cheap lesson. Won't happen again that's for sure. Rather order online

Monday had not even ordered parts understood holiday weekend. Tues called at 9 am said parts would be in 930- 10. Arrived at dealership no parts did not arrive till 1 pm. Said would be 2 hours. Went to check in progress and they haven't even started yet. Everyone stands around talking on phones not working on vehicles. They tell you something different every time you ask. No tv, no internet. Will never come back to this place as no one knows their ass from a hole in the ground. We have been here 5 days.
