I wasn't too bothered until the owner called the following Tuesday and asked about rescheduling and I told her I was not happy about not being contacted at all. Her excuse was that she was out of town. Sorry lady, my time is just as valuable as yours. If you're running a business and know you won't be available, have someone else keep customers updated so they feel like they mean more to you than just dollars.
