My first experience was being ignored for a good 5 minutes while the owner stood across the counter from me. He did not even acknowledge my presence, or say someone would be with me shortly. He then proceeded to scowl at me as i explained what i needed, 1 sheet printed. He got so pissy with me, when i asked what paper options they had, that he passed me off on his helper, In a nasty many of course! The one saving grace of this place is the owner's employees. They are kind and helpful. I will never go back to this place again. The owner, who is usually there, seems to not understand the meaning of respect.

Ordered at the end of July and had the invitations shipped directly to us in Atlanta, GA. A few things I would consider: 1. Get the envelopes a tad bigger, as ours had edges that were fraying after shipment due to our insert-packed invite 2. Allow for time between order and delivery, as the company did have holiday in between this time. For us, this was no problem as our wedding isn't until December of this year. 3. I then tried several times to get some type of response for a different quote for more prints. No response. When I finally get somebody on the phone to answer my questions, I get just frankly rude and disrespectful responses. I think they forgot who the customer was and who the merchant was. This was back in April.....it is now July. I knew I should've passed this place on by when I attempted to come here the first time.....I ended up waiting inside the shop for like a good 10 minutes and the place was totally empty! No one came out to greet me or anything...I ended up leaving and went to another shop....had a weird vibe from that place and decided to give this place another try. Big mistake. I was told there was an issue with my logo files (which is why the tablecloth didn't come out right the first time, which is why he promised me a replacement), and he told me he would see if his graphic designer could fix it (before he attempted to print the second tablecloth). He said he would get back to me, let me know how much she charges and we can go from there. Ok fine. Some weeks go by and I emailed him trying to see what was up with my logo and if it could be fixed. He said she couldn't fix it, but he was gonna have someone else take a look at it. At that point (because so much time had gone by), I told him if the tablecloth can't be done with the files I gave him, then I'd be ok with having some other work done that would equal the amount I already paid, or I'd simply take a refund. Another week or so goes by before he responds back and all he said was he'd give me a call once he got back in the office. That never happened. At that point, I was DONE. I called my bank, filed a claim, and cut off any more communication with him. He tried to call me when I'm sure he seen that chargeback on his account, but I refused to answer the phone because there was absolutely nothing else to talk about. I'm so over these businesses with crappy customer service! Now I'm stuck with a tablecloth I can't use and I ended up having to pay someone else to make me a tablecloth. Please read the reviews about this business before you give them your money! It's a shame that it's not even the quality of the work that makes this place bogus.....it's the way issues are being handled that's gonna drive the customers away. Communication with the people at TFA was excellent. Everything was handled professionally. I had to make several changes to the color. Each time, the response was quick and they never made me feel bad for requesting these changes. The final product was better than I expected. After I purchased the clings I had trouble putting them up. Naomi, the rep I was communicating with replied with within a day with a YouTube link on how to apply the clings. Have to say the process was smooth, communication excellent, prices very fair. I also had the highest confidence they knew what they were doI will definitely be using them again for future projects.
