Staff were friendly and helpful, and they walk you through the menu if you're unsure what to get. You can customize sweetness and ice levels. Overall, I think this is a boba spot worth trying. The shop itself is clean, and offers a few board games and has music playing to entertain people that want to hang out for a little bit. This shop is just south of Chinatown, so you don't have to go into one of the busiest parking lots in the valley just to get a drink. If you are at chinatown already, it's a short walk over to visit.
