Kyle showed up exactly on time, was very friendly and courteous and was a very hard worked to make sure everyone was happy and getting what they needed. 3. Prices were very appropriate. 4. There was more than enough food, which wasn't a problem, because I've enjoyed several BBQ meals throughout the week. 5. The food was amazing. The smoky sear on the ribs was some of the best (if not the best) I've had in the area and his pesto pasta salad was without question the best I've ever had. The portions are fairly large and a good value for the price. The Cubano is no exaggeration of a mammoth of a sandwich here. My photo is only of half of it. The service is a tad on the slow side, but it's a good sign as it only means everything is fresh and made to order. The owners are extremely friendly and you could tell through interactions that they truly care about the customer experience as well as the quality of their product. The food arrived on time, and they helped set up and got us ready for service. The chicken was on the bone, which I was surprised about. This didn't stop my crowd from finishing it all. The chicken pieces were also quite hefty. The tray of pulled pork was flavorful and not over-sauced. They provided a ton of BBQ sauce that was leftover since the food was perfectly moist and seasoned. The tofu was an excellent vegan option. The mac & cheese was plentiful, which was good because we typically run out quickly. The sweet potatoes and cole slaw were a bit of a dud. The CORNBREAD!!!! Wow, wow, wow!
