Just aggressively, overwhelmingly salty. Every bite felt like a dare. Between the bacon and the cheesesteak, it was sodium stacked on sodium with zero balance. I genuinely couldn't finish it after two bites. At that point, it felt like I had just thrown money straight into the trash. The sausage stuffed peppers were decent...thankfully. Not mind-blowing, but at least edible and competently made, which is more than I can say for the sandwich. They saved me from a starving morning. Extremely disappointed. I'm all for flavor, but when the dominant note is "are they trying to preserve this for winter?" something has gone very wrong in the kitchen.

From the beginning of the process, Scott was responsive and worked with our schedule for the tasting. We were able to make a selection from many dishes and after trying their food we were sold! Especially the NY strip steak with bleu cheese! We received so many compliments on the food and many of our guests even went to compliment the kitchen team themselves! The Balinese chicken turned out to be my favorite, but they were all amazing! They made way more than enough food for everyone and brought containers for our guest and us to take the leftovers home. We love not wasting food! With our budget, we were thinking we could only get a decent caterer, but we lucked out with LDV. They are without a doubt one of the best in the business! They catered to our needs and even made suggestions on how to reduce cost. In our case we brought our own drinks for their bartender to serve, which helped reduce cost. This turned out amazing and our bartender, Mark, helped make it a smooth and tipsy night for our guests! Last but not the least, their service was top-notch. They helped with the buffet so people there would be no crowd and made sure everyone got their food in a timely manner and even made plates for my husband and I so we didn't need to take the time!
