Got my diver certification here April 2019 with my brother and they made it has easy as possible and was able to get it in a week between online studying, pool time and 4 dives following PADI guidelines. Rob Davis was our instructor and I HIGHLY recommend him! He was awesome, knowledgeable, experienced, and makes you feel very safe in the water. We were on a bit of a time constraint to get certified and Rob worked with us to get it done as quickly and efficiently as possible. I planned my day around this excursion and made it a pool day at my hotel. I left my hotel at 1 pm, got there in about 15 minutes and then drove an hour looking for parking. The sheriff blocked off the parking lot because it was full. Side roads were full. At this point even if I found parking I'm walking over the lagoon bridge. I called the company and Stevie said other guests and the tour guide, Parker, were also experiencing the same issue. Stevie tried her best to help by suggesting someone picking up etc. Still no time because of he excursion was starting in 15 minutes. I requested a refund because I was done at this point. Owner called me back and assured me that I would get a refund. So unless you plan on getting there in the morning to get parking, move on from any excursions at 900 Heron. This review was fair and honest, not slamming the company. However Kaleigh thought it would be cute to email me a nasty email this morning accusing me of being a bully. Photos of the conversations attached. At this point the unprofessional-ism of this company should be considered. Kaleigh, if you were only this respectful and professional as the face you are trying to show publicly privately. You can put whatever spin on this you want, you are the real bully and you can try to make yourself look good and make me look bad. You made this to be what it didn't have to be. As I have said, I am done with you, your poor attempts at damage control, and your company.

The last two dive trips that we have done with them were great and we had a wonderful time. I have done approximately 20 dives with this company. However, this last time the guides were so disconnected. Michael and Dololly in the shop were so helpful but as soon as we got on the boat we were basically on our own. The only person that was even remotely helpful was Marco, who we had dove with before. He seemed to be the only guide that knew how to man the boat. Riley was absolutely clueless and rude. She was the guide that stayed on the boat to help us on/off the boat and while my mother was trying to get back on, she let go of her without warning leading to her falling and gashing open her leg. When I asked my mom what happened to her leg Riley snidely commented well she fell on the boat. Then while she was helping me get on the boat she grabbed my air gauge causing me to almost fall as well. One of the guides, didn't catch his name, was drinking alcohol on the boat before and after the dive while certifying a 10 year old boy. I don't understand how this is allowed. Furthermore, our guide left us in the middle of the dive. He eventually showed up but did not seem able to navigate under water as the previous guides had. Which was very nerve wracking considering the currents we were moving into. He also did not help with getting on and off of the boat for the dives. He was very disengaged with our group and did not seem to want to even be a guide. Overall, a bad experience sadly as we have enjoyed our previous trips with them. It seems their guides have become much less knowledgeable and supportive than they used to be. Most dive guides are personable and want to share their dive knowledge, however this group seems to be more about just getting it done.

They took me- a person with anxiety about everything, my mom--a lover of the ocean, but with deep water anxiety--and made the lobster charter we booked with them a phenomenal experience we will not forget! Captain Aaron and Michelle ensured we were comfortable and understood the process for lobstering. They helped us with how to use the lobster and snorkel equipment (which they also provided!) and how to best catch those marine bugs! In the end, we caught lobsters, made new memories, and overall had a wonderful experience with two awesome people. Will book again in the future!

A first-time diver, an active free-diver, and a grandma who hadn't been diving in years, but Aaron made sure we had fun and were successful. They both made us feel welcome and treated us to an amazing Lobster Ceviche and a fresh tropical beverage that was beyond great. We came home with lobster for dinner too! They catered to a severe nut allergy with ease. I can't say enough about the experience.
