Oh my goodness!! What a hidden gem. Customer service was on point and so was the hookah, we'll be back for sure.

I came to Palm Springs for a mini getaway, and I looked at some places to check out in downtown. And I will say, Blu Wave Cafe is a must visit. They have amazing hookah options and they give you a free drink with it. First night I came here, Lee made me feel very welcomed, she's naturally a professional, sweet, and outgoing. I felt very at home, we had great conversations and to top it off, she was constantly checking on how I was doing and I didn't once have to tell her to change my coals. And because it was such a great service, I came back the 2nd night because Lee made it very pleasurable to come here and smoke high quality hookah. My 2nd night I got to also talk to Dylan, he as well provided great service and constantly checked on me. Overall 10/10, I'll definitely be coming back here the next time I'm in town.

Clean place, great service, and great hookah. Also a free drink with your hookah purchase. One of the best hookah lounges I have been to!

They also serve wines by the glass and have a few Belgian and German beers on tap. This is what we came for. The humidor is kept locked, and staff will escort you through it. Not a shopping style I prefer, but I get why they do it. We picked our sticks. Had a seat in a leather wingback chair. We were asked about our cut. The cigars were brought to us. Handed and lit. Beverages were ordered. We sat with a sack of sandwiches, fully imagining a perfect lunch-beer, beer-cigar combo. Turns out California tobacco lounge laws and health codes had other plans. Outside food isn't allowed if they want to keep their indoor smoking exemption, so the staff had to politely shut down our dreams. Fair enough, lesson learned. Eat first, then smoke. Paid at the end. Overall pleasant experience and decent lounge. For the wine crowd, I did notice some genuinely nice bottles available. That said, if you're not a cigar person, this may be a "love it or leave it" atmosphere. Most people seem to find cigar smoke either rich and cozy or like sitting downwind of a smoky campfire wearing a wool sweater. If you fall into the second category, you may want to grab your wine elsewhere.

Her attitude was mean and dismissive, and there was no effort to provide even basic customer service. A cigar lounge should feel relaxed and inviting -- this felt like the exact opposite. Because of the uncomfortable experience, we left and drove about 15 minutes to Helios Cigar Lounge, and the difference was night and day. Helios was outstanding -- friendly, welcoming, and exactly what a proper cigar lounge should be. Ask for Simon at Helios. He made the experience exceptional and reminded us what great customer service actually looks like. Do yourself a favor: avoid this place and go to Helios Cigars instead.

Luckily, we already know what we like to smoke, so we weren't in there long. But if you're new to cigars, they're great at playing cigar-matchmaker and pointing you in the right direction. To use the lounge, there's a $10 cover charge, which they fancy up by calling it a "Day Pass." They allow outside food but not outside drinks. Naturally, we summoned Uber Eats like the hungry champions we are, and it was glorious. Inside, you've got TVs everywhere for whatever you want to watch, plus a pool table, shuffleboard, and plenty of indoor and outdoor spots to post up and relax. We hung out for about three hours, and they even reminded us we could come back later since the day pass covers re-entry. Basically, it's the theme park wristband of cigar lounges. The $10 also goes toward a beer or a well drink, so of course we grabbed Cuba Libres (aka Rum and Cokes, for the uninitiated). We'll definitely be back!

Our company had about 30 guests attend and aside from us there was about 3-4 other tables booked nearby that weren't part of our group. The place is pretty big and they had a dancer along with a singer perform. There wasn't a menu to order from, they just brought out multiple appetizers and sides for us which was great for me! Since I haven't really explored Mediterranean food, it was great being able to nibble here and there with all the different side salads, hummus etc. The main course was also provided the same, plates for the whole table to choose from different meat options as well as rice. Everything was delicious!

I was meeting up with a friend who had arrived about 20 minutes before me, not only did nobody greet them at the entrance to seat, but my friend ended up seating themselves because nobody approached them. They sat for 20 minutes alone without anyone approaching them or greeting them. When I arrive and I come to seat myself, and the restaurant had a good amount of people there, including a ton of children essentially running around. I let one of the workers know we've sat down at the location we did and I go and take my seat. We wait another 15 minutes and nobody come says anything to us....despite SEEING us there, I made sure of it... We got up and just left, can't believe that the service wasn't only bad...it was literally nonexistent. Overall, yikes! I love trying new Mediterranean spot the most but this was just crazy.
