For those who said in their reviews about a female employee who was rude, let me enlighten you about her. She was dealing with stage 4 cancer and was brave to the end! The owner was wonderful towards her during her employment and kept her busy at her own pace. Some items might be a little more expensive than others but he's trying to make a living like all of us and if you haven't noticed, fallbrook is far from normal civilization. We support our small businesses and we are a tight community. They have always been kind to me so if they weren't to you, it's probably your attitude.

For a Wednesday night they were quite busy, the spot provides free cards to play with and they play music (that's not too loud). Mostly you will hear the conversations everyone is having. Decor was very nice and it was comfortable. Workers don't wear any work outfits/attire so you will need to keep an eye out who looks like he works there! The people saying the vibe is off are correct. The owner holds a strong and friendly presence in the business and is always welcoming. The food at the restaurant is great although I mostly get the cheese flatbreads or cheese and zaaztar. These are basically Levantine pizzas and I argue they are better than pizza and no offense to Italy. The cheeses have more character and pungency than mozzarella and are palatable for just about anyone. I love Mediterranean cuisine in general and if you love it too, please try this food! They also cater. I really appreciate and love how clean and aesthetically appealing the establishments are. I give them a five-star rating because the food is excellent, the establishment seems very clean and the owner is present and welcoming, but if I wanted to, I'd give them two stars because of the girls that give such terribly unprofessional ugly looks to me and apparently, to others as well from reading the reviews. Those girls would be fired immediately from the double Forbes five-star establishment I work at.
