Upon arrival we were greeted by the hostess, who offered us the outdoor seating area and when we realize that they had an indoor seating lounge, we asked to sit inside and although it was considered VIP, we got to sit there since it was a slower night. We ordered some desserts from the café next-door along with some water bottles. The desserts were delicious and well worth the experience. The ambience was very trendy with ambience lighting, as well as music playing on speaker, speakers and TVs. I have been smoking hookah for almost 20 years and have a good setup at home. I don't typically go out for hookah but I was looking through Yelp and saw this place. I looked at the prices and they were not bad (unfortunately, I was looking at an old menu. I should have known to check the actual website before going). Anyways, we get there and the host sits us outside on the basic patio. I ask her if we can sit inside because the space is much more aesthetically pleasing and she obliges. I look at the menu and the current prices for hookah are pretty high, but we still go for it. My group ordered the grape mint and lemon gum. The hookah itself was clean and smooth but the flavors were not amazing. My hubby and I each ordered a glass of their cabernet, which was $14 per glass. That is pretty steep considering it tasted like 2 buck chuck. We decided to switch to White Claws since they were only $7 and tasted better. At the end of the night, my hubby pays and tells me everything was $120 after tip!!!! I tell him, there is no way 1 hookah, 2 glasses of wine, 2 white claws and a bottle of water cost $120. After reviewing the check, I see they put an $18 service fee on it. The server tells us that is not her tip and that is for "cleaning and maintenance" of the hookahs. That is absurd. The price of the hookah itself is already overly inflated and then you want to charge a service fee?? Won't be returning. Beautiful atmosphere with option for both indoor and outdoor hookah. You can order drinks and food. Hookah was pretty good but they are quite pricey at around $30 for hookah. The one thing that was off about the experience was they noted that they charge an 18% fee for parties 3 and up and we only had 2 people and were charged. I did not notice the fee as they just hand you the reader that shows the total but not the breakdown, and then also added another 18% assuming the original wasn't charged which made our total over $100 for 1 hookah and a wrap and a drink which is quite absurd. I came here a couple of weeks ago with my girlfriend. I normally don't write reviews, but my experience here was unique and poor; so I had to share. My girlfriend and I walk up to the front desk. The hostesses makes a face at my girlfriend and gets uncomfortably close to her face, while asking for the reservation. We were seated quickly, which was nice. And our waitress greeted us. We ordered hookah and dinner. The hookah was brought to our table fairly quickly. We WAITED at least 45 minutes for our food. In the mean time, at least 2 parties who were adjacent to our table, arrived afterwards and ordered afterwards, were served before us. Our server was not very attentive but seemed to care about other parties. My girlfriend has really bad gastritis, obviously that's no fault of the hookah lounge, but as patrons we expect to be served in a timely fashion. Had that happened, she would not have been in excruciating pain at the restaurant. The only reason I am giving this place 1 star is because the food and hookah were good. Poor customer service.
