What I witnessed at this lounge was absolutely revolting. The owner would patrol the restroom in a militant like fashion even worse is I saw him grab a rag and w the same rag clean the toilet cover to the actual toilet seat with no gloves and I did not see him was his hands after Afterwards we spent a good 400$ here and this guy has the audacity to at the end of our visit tell one of our party that we dirtyed their restroom when none of our party had done anything of the sort. I saw them harassing another patron earlier as well. What a absolute disgusting lounge that 100% needs to get checked out by the health commission read more

When the owner is not on premises the girls are much slower at service and busy flirting specially the girl with long semi blond hair spends long time flirting and has a bit of attitude. We are regulars here and I'm disappointed. This time we also ordered pastry and it was old and cold. read more

I really wanted to like this place, but there are some pretty frustrating policies the owner has put in place that do not make it customer friendly and are quite frankly unethical and immoral. We had a group of 6 people, but 2 more MIGHT join us later if they got off work in time. We were told we had to choose if we were going to be a party of 8 because there is a minimum of $35/person. (Ummm weird but ok) The food was good, but not cheap. The hookahs were also good, but again, not cheap. Then comes the bill. There is an 18% service fee, and then they still ask you for gratuity because THE SERVICE FEE DOES NOT GO TO THE SERVERS, it goes to the "business". I honestly felt bad for the servers, I mean imagine how often they don't get tipped bc of the owner's greed. When we asked the owner we were told it is legal and we should 'google it'. I get it, you're a business and you need to make money, but just charge more for the items on the menu. Be up front, so people know what they are paying. Don't surprise your customers with an additional 18% fee at the end. And worse don't take money out of your employee's pockets by tricking people with this so-called 'SERVICE FEE.' I will never go back here or to another establishment operated by the same owner. read more

Everything was great. From food to ambience, to hookah to chill vibe. The only thing that shook me was the cost. It was quite expensive, in my opinion. read more

Overall not that great! Music could have been better as well as customer service. One of the managers came over and stood at our section to politely kicked us out at 12:14 am. I will not be returning. read more

Typical sneaky tactics to overcharge you. A party of two has an 18% service charge?? They present the bill total without a break down then they up you on top of that with a fat tip. Shady place read more

This place is a gem in O.C., 21 first century environment, personal service and professional attention are found in this establishment. We had a great triple layered chocolate mousse to die for and really great hooka for dessert both were very delicious. Just be prepared to get scammed. They charge 18% service fee not including tax and expect you to tip. 30 minimum charge per person all just to smoke. Gave them my birthday cake. They kept all the macarons and the cake. The service was not professional at all. I will never be back! read more

BluFig Lounge - Glass hookah at its finest - Hookah Bars Near Me - Lake Forest, California

I met a group of friends here after having dinner with my family. It was around ten when I got here and the place was just starting to get crowded. Finally, a cool late night hangout spot in the OC. It's a really cool place. The first thing I noticed is that it smelled amazing. It was a bit smokey inside, but it smelled great. Just a mix of fruity smells. I loved the artwork on the wall and the music was awesome. There was a nice mix of pop and electronic music playing here that I really enjoyed. It was loud and happening. Not long after I joined my group of friends our server showed up and got my order. I got an iced tea and a small double chocolate gelato. A couple minutes after he left he reappeared and gave me my tea and gelato. Super fast service. The gelato was delicious, super chocolatey, it was chocolate gelato with lots of little crushed chocolate chips mixed in. The tea was okay, it had kinda an off taste to it, not really my thing, but I drank it all of it since I was really thirsty. I didn't smoke any hookah, it's not really my thing, it's more of my friends thing. It's the only hookah bar I've been to and the best since they have some pretty awesome gelato, a really cool atmosphere and super fast service. read more

We come here very often and we absolutely love the place! The owner Gus is one of the most hospitable person I know and always takes care of his guests! The team here is amazing and the hookahs are the best in all of Orange County and LA! I come from a background of being in the same business and I can say this is the best experience I have ever had! Occasionally they have live entertainment on weekends! The food is a must have! Philly cheesesteak is my favorite! The whole menu is good and make sure to grab pastries and a smoothie! You will not regret it! Thank you for an amazing experience time and time again! read more

Came in at 8pm with my wife. The hostess sat us down and we sat there for over 30 min without a single person acknowledging that we were there. The place had very little customers and at least 5 people working. Considering it's $28 for a hookah the service should be much better. read more

This is one of the few sheesha lounges that actually has descent food menu and the place is very clean and well maintained. The service is exceptional. They constantly clean everywhere and as you are sitting outside smoking there is no need for mask. I'm honestly surprised that some people has given this place less than four star. I guess you can't make fools happy. I had my daughter's graduation ‍ here and all my guests were welcomed with a smile and we got everything we asked for... thanks again for the great service. read more

BluFig Lounge - They take great photos - Hookah Bars Near Me - Lake Forest, California

I was introduced to BluFig a couple months back and I was so amazed at how good the hookahs were. I usually hate going to hookah lounges, because the hookahs are never good. The hookahs here are phenomenal! Also, this place is super clean, which I really appreciated due to the circumstances we are currently under. I recently brought my friends back and they were also so impressed. Not only are the hookahs amazing the staff was so welcoming and kind. Due to COVID it has been so hard finding a place to go and enjoy ourselves, but we had such a great time here we will for sure be back!! -If you order food get the nacho fries. They're fire!!! read more

A regular at this lounge :) Always playing good music, exceptionally clean, and friendly service. I've befriended the whole crew here, and the vibe is always good. The food from Rose Café has good portion and tasty. Never ordered a bad meal! I recommend the steak salad and zucchini salad! Be a regular and the owners and other regulars here will always welcome you :) Not to mention, the hookah here always last long and coals are regularly maintained. read more

This place has horrible service and is a scam. I came with a group of 7 people. The food was good. The bottle of basic Pinot noir was $85... there were 3-4 servers walking around, we mistakenly ordered for another hookah when we had already ordered & there was clearly no communication between the services because they brought out the extra hookah and we ended up having to pay for it. (Fine.) at the end of our visit, we received the check. 18% Service charge, that does NOT GO TO THE SERVER. It goes 100% to the owner, which was confirmed by two servers independently. When asked the server about this. She confirmed customers get upset about this all the time. More arbitrary rules in place that are all geared to scam more money from the customer. I asked the host/server if the owner was here as we were leaving, I knew he was sitting right behind & she lied to me and said he's a regular which was weird. We walked up to him and asked him if he's the owner and he said yes, we told him he's running a shady business. Never again. Don't get scammed and stay away!!! There are many local of higher quality hookah lounges. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. I see this yelp review is filled with "fake" reviews to keep the negative ones at bay. Scammers. read more

I really like this place, hookah is the best in this region. Highly recommend, it worth it.

Everything is amazing. EXCEPT for the server with the curly black hair that wears a blonde wig now. She's unfriendly to women but friendly towards men. She does not check on the table... Attitude is unwelcoming and frankly, I don't want to go here anymore simply because of her. Hire nicer people, especially on the weekends when it is busier. read more

I come here few times like twice this month. I never had issues until last night where there were too many insects on the table and crawling on me this is where I got very disgusted and left the place. Outside as I was walking to my car I saw dead cockroaches slammed to the ground which probably indicates a problem. Health Commission check please. read more

We were in OC from LA and craving hookah, fortunately, we stumbled upon this place! The staff was SUPER friendly and the owner was very accommodating! We tried two of their signature hookahs and both were great. They hit for HOURS and tasted amazing. As far as food, we tried the pastrami sandwich and fries which were both amazing! We also tried the knefe and the cheesecake, so good! The lemon mint drink is super refreshing and pairs well with hookah. I wish I lived closer so I could come by more often. read more
